We lived for a week. I doubted the hotel for a long time because of the reviews about cockroaches and dampness.
They were not on the 30th floor+. Of the minuses, as written below: separately ask for an iron, separately ask to open balconies, sometimes the jambs were with towels. In general, for a 3-room apartment with a kitchen, on 100 sq. m. Everything is fine! P.S. If your purpose of travel is to do everything, then the location of the hotel is 1 minute from the metro.
If you want a beach and a pool, then it's on a palm tree, there's a mini pool, and the sun is on it until 12 o'clock, the hotel is dry.

The location is excellent, the metro is 2 minutes away, and you can get a lot of places by metro without using a taxi.
The rooms are large, two-room, balcony. The view from the balcony is simply gorgeous, you can ask the reception for a higher room to admire Dubai at night every evening.
The breakfasts are normal, like everywhere else, nothing special, but there is plenty to choose from to eat.
There is no negativity, the staff is attentive.

I really liked the hotel. The room was very pleasantly surprised and pleased at the very first sight. Big, cozy, you can safely live with four people and even retire. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. There are plates up to a certain floor and for other money. The cutlery was for two.
I asked the janitor for a bathrobe.
The breakfasts are normal, they don't change. But I didn't get tired of the big choice for 4 in the morning. There is always a queue for coffee and an omelet. And after 10.00 there is a wild queue to get to sleepy's breakfast. I did not observe queues at 9.00 and 8.00.
On the 38th floor there is a beautiful view of the city lights. Although I took a room of the city view category, I asked for a sea view. There was a beautiful view of the wheel and a piece of the sea .
The pool is great warm. But the sun is in it only until 11.00. there is also a hot pool for adults and a pool for children.
22 minutes from the hotel is not equipped beach , clean with lifeguards, but without toilets.
The hotel also takes you to the equipped beach at 9.00, 10.00 and 11.00, about 25-30 minutes on the road. And picks up exactly 3 hours after leaving the hotel. There seems to be coffee and toilets somewhere. But there were waves there, and for some reason they were not on the wild beach. The water in winter is invigorating at 20 degrees and it's good if it's 30 outside, and if a cold wind blows on 24-26, then you need to be a walrus).
There is a minimarket in our hotel and in a nearby one, too, where you can take something to eat heated.
On the way to the parade there is a supermarket and an Uzbek cafe Zira. They said it was cheap and delicious.
Everyone praises the Royal dining restaurant. Honestly, I still didn't understand where he was, but there is a supermarket right at this place and I took cheap fruits and raspberries.
The tourist fee for a room on 38 without a sea view costs 60 dirhams. Paid at check-out. The exchange at the hotel is not profitable. What he is in supermarkets, I did not understand. She gave them $100, and I got change in dirhams. I never reached the exchanger. The exchange office in the subway was always closed.
I went to lunch at our hotel for 120 dirhams. I'm full. If according to the description, then they just added different meats and some seafood to breakfast.

Nice hotel. We moved into a 3-room room at 39, the view is excellent, cleaning every day. A liter of water is given per day, it tastes specific, we bought it in the store. They took breakfast, delicious, I advise you to try coffee with milk in the vending machine, this is their Arabic drink with spices. The only negative for us was the pain in the head from the elevator, but this is a problem for all high-rise buildings. Near the metro, grocery store, cafes. Cleaning every day, spacious rooms with nice views from the windows, large balconies, kitchens with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, ironing board in the room, a fairly large selection of food for breakfast, although the range of dishes has not changed during the week of stay, at 9, 10, 11 o'clock transfers to the Kite beach, transfers in the shopping center, it takes 20 minutes to get to the beach, you can walk to Al Safouh beach (kite is more interesting), the metro station is two steps away, the tram is 10-15 minutes away - you can get to the new Marina district, there is also a beach nearby with a view of the OKO Ferris wheel (in March 2023 it did not work), a swimming pool with a view of the city. At the request of the reception, a baby cot was provided for the child. The only thing they didn't warn about is that you can take breakfast with you when you leave at night, but this is not critical. The photo shows views from the windows and from the pool. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, but only one Russian-speaking person from the staff at the reception during the day. I really liked this hotel.
1. This is its location. The metro is just a few steps away. The beach is about 30 minutes on foot, but it's not difficult for us. The area is quiet. You can take a walk in the evening in silence along the streets.
