We lived for a week. I doubted the hotel for a long time because of the reviews about cockroaches and dampness.
They were not on the 30th floor+. Of the minuses, as written below: separately ask for an iron, separately ask to open balconies, sometimes the jambs were with towels. In general, for a 3-room apartment with a kitchen, on 100 sq. m. Everything is fine! P.S. If your purpose of travel is to do everything, then the location of the hotel is 1 minute from the metro.
If you want a beach and a pool, then it's on a palm tree, there's a mini pool, and the sun is on it until 12 o'clock, the hotel is dry.
Pros : located close to the metro
Cons: the service level is low. Six months ago we stayed at the Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel the service is much better …
Great hotel. The service is great! A cool rooftop pool and very tasty food at this hotel. Take breakfast and dinner safely. Overall, the location is good (there is a metro nearby). Very spacious apartments (rooms).
Everything is on the level! 👍🏻 it is especially convenient to have a subway at the entrance to the hotel! The lobby is very pleasant, the staff is very friendly! The cleaning is excellent, the room did not smell! The breakfast is average, but we cooked it ourselves, so we did not suffer) in principle, this is the most acceptable option in the price-quality ratio, this is probably due to the large number of Russian-speaking visitors👻
I love this hotel. Clean, perfect sleep in good beds, quiet if you don't live in single rooms. Great pool. Medium but varied breakfasts. Metro. It is very convenient because there is an apartment- kitchen, washing machine-dryer👍
Great hotel! I liked everything
The staff is Russian-speaking, they understand English, the rooms are also more than, + bonus to the metro is convenient and it is convenient to leave by taxi
The hotel is wonderful. Near the metro, bus stop. The breakfasts are top class!!!! You can eat enough for the whole day.the pool is heated in winter. Transfer to the beach. There is a sushi bar in the lobby of the hotel, try it for sure!!!
The location is excellent, the metro is 2 minutes away, and you can get a lot of places by metro without using a taxi.
The rooms are large, two-room, balcony. The view from the balcony is simply gorgeous, you can ask the reception for a higher room to admire Dubai at night every evening.
The breakfasts are normal, like everywhere else, nothing special, but there is plenty to choose from to eat.
There is no negativity, the staff is attentive.
The only thing was that there were no toothbrushes, surprisingly)) either they forgot to put it in, and then they saw that we bought our own))
I really liked the hotel. The room was very pleasantly surprised and pleased at the very first sight. Big, cozy, you can safely live with four people and even retire. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. There are plates up to a certain floor and for other money. The cutlery was for two.
I asked the janitor for a bathrobe.
The breakfasts are normal, they don't change. But I didn't get tired of the big choice for 4 in the morning. There is always a queue for coffee and an omelet. And after 10.00 there is a wild queue to get to sleepy's breakfast. I did not observe queues at 9.00 and 8.00.
On the 38th floor there is a beautiful view of the city lights. Although I took a room of the city view category, I asked for a sea view. There was a beautiful view of the wheel and a piece of the sea .
The pool is great warm. But the sun is in it only until 11.00. there is also a hot pool for adults and a pool for children.
22 minutes from the hotel is not equipped beach , clean with lifeguards, but without toilets.
The hotel also takes you to the equipped beach at 9.00, 10.00 and 11.00, about 25-30 minutes on the road. And picks up exactly 3 hours after leaving the hotel. There seems to be coffee and toilets somewhere. But there were waves there, and for some reason they were not on the wild beach. The water in winter is invigorating at 20 degrees and it's good if it's 30 outside, and if a cold wind blows on 24-26, then you need to be a walrus).
There is a minimarket in our hotel and in a nearby one, too, where you can take something to eat heated.
On the way to the parade there is a supermarket and an Uzbek cafe Zira. They said it was cheap and delicious.
Everyone praises the Royal dining restaurant. Honestly, I still didn't understand where he was, but there is a supermarket right at this place and I took cheap fruits and raspberries.
The tourist fee for a room on 38 without a sea view costs 60 dirhams. Paid at check-out. The exchange at the hotel is not profitable. What he is in supermarkets, I did not understand. She gave them $100, and I got change in dirhams. I never reached the exchanger. The exchange office in the subway was always closed.
I went to lunch at our hotel for 120 dirhams. I'm full. If according to the description, then they just added different meats and some seafood to breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, suitable for business trips, if you want a beach holiday, then this is not here. The hotel is large, the infrastructure is rich, there is a swimming pool. It's time for the rooms to make up, and the elevator traffic is saturated during peak hours, you can wait 10 minutes. The breakfasts are good, not great, but consistently good. The cook who makes scrambled eggs is a virtuoso!
A little old, but in general everything is there: gym, swimming pool, spa.
The location is top, it is convenient to get anywhere. The metro is 2 minutes away
The hotel is 4*, but I would assign it all 5*. The level of service and equipment of the carriers and the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very spacious. I rented a two-room, 60m2, I liked everything! There is even a soothing moisturizer after sunburn in the bathroom. The photo shows the view from the window, 24th floor.
2 stars maximum. An old tired hotel, a bathroom with the smell of old sewage. It's dirty. The breakfasts are tasteless, so you also have to stand in line. We lived on the 34th floor, windows facing the road, the feeling that cars were driving over our heads. It's very noisy. You will not use the balcony because there is incredible dirt on the tables and chairs. I don't recommend it. I don't understand who writes rave reviews, we were extremely surprised to see everything live.
We had a family vacation at the hotel in January 2024. I liked everything very much, the service, the food, the housekeeping, the staff. Everything is fine. The only thing is not clear why there are no bathrobes, but otherwise solid 4 stars as stated. I really liked the sushi bar and barbecue evening, which takes place by the pool every Saturday, a really profitable financial offer) we recommend the hotel. Now we are staying only with you in Dubai)
I really liked the hotel. Large rooms, a view from the window on the 29th floor is generally beautiful 😍 the breakfasts are delicious, the transfer takes you to the beach where everything is) for a beach holiday, it's probably better to get closer to the beach, but if proximity to the metro is important, then this hotel is perfect, 15-20 minutes by metro to the sights)
We live in this hotel, the bomba hotel, the view is unreal, the location is top, the room is large, we are happy with everything, I sincerely advise everyone
I hope this message will help you avoid running into scammers.
in any case, DO NOT RENT A CAR AT THE HOTEL. They do not refund the deposit. The trip to Abu Dhabi cost us $350.
Messages and calls are not answered, and the deposit is not refunded.
The contacts of this car rental company are on the hotel's website, but they are not responsible for them. They cover for scammers.
The hotel itself is approx.
We went with my family for a few days. Great hotel. There was a family room. A spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a large refrigerator and microwave, a sink in the kitchen, a minimum set of dishes, two baths. Heated swimming pool on the 8th floor. A subway with a minimarket is nearby. Excellent staff, daily cleaning.
This is a great hotel. Everything is there. Room: kitchen (lots of different dishes, microwave, stove, refrigerator) and 2 rooms, balcony, iron, washing machine. The views are insane. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. The breakfasts are excellent. Cleanliness, cleaning without complaints. The location is fabulous: you get out and right in front of you is the entrance to the subway, and on the right around the corner is a bus stop. There are a lot of shops, a pizzeria, rolls all around. The area is quiet, peaceful, it's a pleasure to walk. I definitely recommend it!
the location is convenient, the service is at the highest level, they forgot the required number of towels initially, and there was another shower gel in the shower instead of shampoo👎🏻
We lived on the 30th floor, the view is amazing
Of course, you can get lost in it! But the level and scale of the hotel is amazing! Majestic! Cool! You can live in it for months! It's the best thing for business
Nice hotel. We moved into a 3-room room at 39, the view is excellent, cleaning every day. A liter of water is given per day, it tastes specific, we bought it in the store. They took breakfast, delicious, I advise you to try coffee with milk in the vending machine, this is their Arabic drink with spices. The only negative for us was the pain in the head from the elevator, but this is a problem for all high-rise buildings. Near the metro, grocery store, cafes. Russian Russian cuisine is 15 minutes away, where they speak Russian, if anyone needs it.
Everything is fine, but the staff does not all communicate in English. It was hard to explain so that they would cover the balcony and bring bedding according to the guests who arrived. The food in the cafe is very tasty.
Nice hotel! Not new, but clean and well maintained. Cleaning every day, spacious rooms with nice views from the windows, large balconies, kitchens with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, ironing board in the room, a fairly large selection of food for breakfast, although the range of dishes has not changed during the week of stay, at 9, 10, 11 o'clock transfers to the Kite beach, transfers in the shopping center, it takes 20 minutes to get to the beach, you can walk to Al Safouh beach (kite is more interesting), the metro station is two steps away, the tram is 10-15 minutes away - you can get to the new Marina district, there is also a beach nearby with a view of the OKO Ferris wheel (in March 2023 it did not work), a swimming pool with a view of the city. At the request of the reception, a baby cot was provided for the child. The only thing they didn't warn about is that you can take breakfast with you when you leave at night, but this is not critical. The photo shows views from the windows and from the pool. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, but only one Russian-speaking person from the staff at the reception during the day. In general, I liked the hotel, I would return there with even more pleasure))
Nice apartment hotel, solid 4+. The rooms have a kitchen and a washing machine. Breakfast is poor, there are a lot of people. There is a whole gallery of various good restaurants within a five-minute walk. There is a multi-level parking in the hotel building. Half of the outlets need an adapter for our plug.
A chic hotel with a view of the city, with a swimming pool on the 8th floor, we chose a 2-room room with a balcony, the room has water, coffee, tea, everything you need iron, ironing board, kitchenette with cooking utensils, we really liked the room! The metro is very convenient nearby.
Great hotel rooms are big clean
super breakfasts and dinners the location is cool
Metro, beach nearby, shuttle service, delicious food, everything you need is generally recommended
We had a rest in December 2023. I really liked the hotel - the room is gorgeous on the 33rd floor with a view of the city, the pool on the 8th floor is open-air, breakfast is a very large selection, the staff is polite, near the metro
A very old hotel. Due to the presence of kitchens in the apartments, everything smells of food. The air conditioning system is poor, the linen in the rooms does not dry, but on the contrary, dry becomes wet. It stinks in the evenings from the ventilation system when people are frying something.
Probably suitable for a business trip. But not for recreation.
Very convenient location, 2 minutes and you are in the subway.
Delicious breakfasts, a large selection of food and drinks.
Very spacious deluxe rooms! With a magnificent view of Dubai Marina.
The service is at the highest level.
Wonderful staff, especially Nelly's manager! Thanks!
I am already planning my next trip to this hotel!
I recommend it!
Not quite "fresh" apartments for renovation, but in general for this money is very good! Its own internal free Parking for the car, which is very convenient! There were no problems with food, if we take into account the peculiarities of the UAE cuisine (sausages/ meat/ sausages are not delicious) everything else is fine. And most importantly, the location is convenient to get to the beach and to the palm tree and shopping. The only thing is try to choose rooms towards the sea, otherwise the hum from the highway at night will interfere with a sound sleep)
It's great for your money. A large 2-room room with its own kitchen area. The hotel has a swimming pool, a fitness room and a shuttle service to the beach. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, the metro is next to the hotel. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it does not have its own territory. Apparently, this is the norm for the center of Dubai. The view from our room was a bomb!
Great hotel! The only drawback is not the Marina), but everywhere by taxi nearby, the metro is at the exit (for those who like to travel by metro), there is a shop in the hotel (to buy something..., water, juice, ice cream, doshirak ...). The breakfast is very decent, the pool is cool (there are three of them: hot, children's and regular with a view), in the locker room there is a regular and Turkish bath). The hotel is new! The rooms are big!
The hotel has of course both pros and cons, it is a city hotel, that is, there is no sea view. But we lived on the 39th floor overlooking the main avenue of Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro line. The view is futuristic. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the 8th floor. There is a delivery service to the beach, you need to sign up for the bus in advance. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, very convenient for getting around.
The location is great! The metro is nearby.
We lived on the 40th floor in room 4016. Please note!!! If the room is located next to the elevator, you will hear how they work around the clock. If you are a light sleeper, this may be a problem.
They took it only for breakfast, the breakfasts are good. Without frills, there is everything you need.
Of course, the hotel is not new, it needs renovation.
Very convenient location near the metro, the rooms are comfortable, but a little noisy. Cleaning every day, towels were changed every day. But there were no robes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Towels were provided at the entrance to the pool. The view from the window is amazing!
I really liked the hotel! Huge two-room rooms with their own living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is a refrigerator, kettle, iron with ironing board, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are not bad, we didn't go to the pool, I can't say anything. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, you can also exchange money there, although the course is not the most profitable. In general, we liked it
I really liked this hotel.
1. This is its location. The metro is just a few steps away. The beach is about 30 minutes on foot, but it's not difficult for us. The area is quiet. You can take a walk in the evening in silence along the streets.
2. The room is lovely with a beautiful view. The pillows are comfortable, the beds too.
3. Food... it's divine. Very tasty, very! We took breakfast and dinner. One day it was seafood day - we tried all the delicacies of the World. Very nice waiters.
I am doubled that this hotel has 4 stars. We were still in the 5-star Radisson Blu, and it was much more modest there than in this one.
We recommended it to our friends, and they were also delighted!
Thanks to the staff!
It is located next to the metro, from where, in a couple of stops, there is Dubai Marina, the mall of the Emirate, and in a couple of stops Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
The food is quite varied, and well cooked. The hotel could use some cosmetic repairs in the near future.
The staff is attentive, but the quality of cleaning depends on who does it and can be improved.
The rooms are large and spacious. The four of us had a rest, a huge room with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and 2 balconies. Delicious breakfasts.
Far from the beach, there are transfers at certain times.
I liked the hotel, good rooms, cleaning, polite staff. Good breakfasts, dinner unfortunately did not try and I think in vain. Excellent location near the metro. The only thing that sometimes takes a long time to wait for elevators, but this is a trifle. Near the alcohol store, if anyone is interested in what is interesting, the prices, unlike the Dubai (high) ones, are very acceptable, next to the Burger King gas station. I will be happy to stay there again.
Great location! You can get anywhere-the entrance to the metro station is about 50 meters from the exit of the hotel. The food is without frills, but lunches and dinners rule! The rooms are excellent, two-room standard! The service is good, they ask how and how they can help. Sociable staff. The kitchen is excellent. I recommend

We stayed with a friend at this hotel for 2 nights, as we decided to save money due to the late arrival in Dubai, then moved to the Sofitel, of course, there is no point in comparing. But, we liked it here, firstly, we rented an apartment with an area of about 45 meters, if not more, 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. a kitchen, a living room and a balcony where we had a great time watching traffic on the roads and the subway. The room itself is bright, everything was necessary, especially suitable for families with children or parents. It is convenient that there is a parking lot, we parked the car without problems, we did not buy breakfast, so I can't say anything, we also did not go to Jim, and we were not in the pool. Of the minuses for me personally: there were no sparkling glasses, they asked to bring them, they carried them for a very long time and brought ordinary glasses) but these are small things) For this money, it's definitely good! and it is also convenient that there is even less metro station in exactly a minute's walk, although we did not use it, but still, this is a huge plus for a tourist.
