2 stars maximum. An old tired hotel, a bathroom with the smell of old sewage. It's dirty. The breakfasts are tasteless, so you also have to stand in line. We lived on the 34th floor, windows facing the road, the feeling that cars were driving over our heads. It's very noisy. You will not use the balcony because there is incredible dirt on the tables and chairs. I don't recommend it. I don't understand who writes rave reviews, we were extremely surprised to see everything live.

The location is excellent, the metro is 2 minutes away, and you can get a lot of places by metro without using a taxi.
The rooms are large, two-room, balcony. The view from the balcony is simply gorgeous, you can ask the reception for a higher room to admire Dubai at night every evening.
The breakfasts are normal, like everywhere else, nothing special, but there is plenty to choose from to eat.
There is no negativity, the staff is attentive.

We had a family vacation at the hotel in January 2024. I liked everything very much, the service, the food, the housekeeping, the staff. Everything is fine. The only thing is not clear why there are no bathrobes, but otherwise solid 4 stars as stated. I really liked the sushi bar and barbecue evening, which takes place by the pool every Saturday, a really profitable financial offer) we recommend the hotel. We went with my family for a few days. Great hotel. There was a family room. A spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a large refrigerator and microwave, a sink in the kitchen, a minimum set of dishes, two baths. Heated swimming pool on the 8th floor. A subway with a minimarket is nearby. Excellent staff, daily cleaning.

Nice hotel. We moved into a 3-room room at 39, the view is excellent, cleaning every day. A liter of water is given per day, it tastes specific, we bought it in the store. They took breakfast, delicious, I advise you to try coffee with milk in the vending machine, this is their Arabic drink with spices. The only negative for us was the pain in the head from the elevator, but this is a problem for all high-rise buildings. Near the metro, grocery store, cafes. Russian Russian cuisine is 15 minutes away, where they speak Russian, if anyone needs it.

This is a great hotel. Everything is there. Room: kitchen (lots of different dishes, microwave, stove, refrigerator) and 2 rooms, balcony, iron, washing machine. The views are insane. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. The breakfasts are excellent. Cleanliness, cleaning without complaints. The location is fabulous: you get out and right in front of you is the entrance to the subway, and on the right around the corner is a bus stop. There are a lot of shops, a pizzeria, rolls all around. The area is quiet, peaceful, it's a pleasure to walk. I definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel! Not new, but clean and well maintained. Cleaning every day, spacious rooms with nice views from the windows, large balconies, kitchens with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, ironing board in the room, a fairly large selection of food for breakfast, although the range of dishes has not changed during the week of stay, at 9, 10, 11 o'clock transfers to the Kite beach, transfers in the shopping center, it takes 20 minutes to get to the beach, you can walk to Al Safouh beach (kite is more interesting), the metro station is two steps away, the tram is 10-15 minutes away - you can get to the new Marina district, there is also a beach nearby with a view of the OKO Ferris wheel (in March 2023 it did not work), a swimming pool with a view of the city. At the request of the reception, a baby cot was provided for the child. The only thing they didn't warn about is that you can take breakfast with you when you leave at night, but this is not critical. The photo shows views from the windows and from the pool. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, but only one Russian-speaking person from the staff at the reception during the day. In general, I liked the hotel, I would return there with even more pleasure))

We lived on the 40th floor in room 4016. Please note!!! If the room is located next to the elevator, you will hear how they work around the clock. If you are a light sleeper, this may be a problem.

The hotel is 100% full, which indicates popularity. Great location. The metro is next to the hotel, on a closed over-the-ground crossing. There is no need to go to it in the heat, it is very convenient, especially for those who come to Dubai in a hotter period. From the hotel there are 2 metro stations to the Emirates Mall, a big plus.
The hotel has very tasty breakfasts.
The rooms are spacious. Booked standard. 70m2, bedroom, living room, kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave! Every day the water is replenished and if they bring more, the cleaning is excellent, the room itself is in a modern style. A little furniture can be updated, although we were satisfied with both the design and the furniture. There is a balcony! This is also one of the advantages. Excellent pool on the 8th floor, large, there is a Jacuzzi, a pool for little ones and a sauna. The fitness room is also good, not small. It's very cool that there is a free transfer to Kite Beach beach. Go 15-20min. From the underground parking, there are 3 floors! You can leave the car for free, it's a class. Which is important for tourists who did not buy a tour with lunch, dinner. There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy groceries and ready meals.
The hotel has a sushi cafe, a Starbucks coffee shop! The prices are acceptable for Dubai .
At the reception, Karina suggested a great cafe nearby, 5 minutes from the hotel, Zira. Very atmospheric, lagman, lyulyakebab, soups, manti and much more. The prices are adequate. The location of the hotel is good. Who wants to visit the flower park, it's not far from there. Dubai Mall is 4 metro stations away. But, this is not the farthest location. We liked it, we will definitely come again. Thank you for the helpful staff, despite the heavy workload, they will always help!

I really liked this hotel.
1. This is its location. The metro is just a few steps away. The beach is about 30 minutes on foot, but it's not difficult for us. The area is quiet. You can take a walk in the evening in silence along the streets.
2. The room is lovely with a beautiful view. The pillows are comfortable, the beds too.
3. Food... it's divine. Very tasty, very! We took breakfast and dinner. One day it was seafood day - we tried all the delicacies of the World. Very nice waiters.
I am doubled that this hotel has 4 stars. We were still in the 5-star Radisson Blu, and it was much more modest there than in this one.
We recommended it to our friends, and they were also delighted!

The only thing that sometimes takes a long time to wait for elevators, but this is a trifle. Near the alcohol store, if anyone is interested in what is interesting, the prices, unlike the Dubai (high) ones, are very acceptable, next to the Burger King gas station. Hello. I recommend. For us, the beach was important during this visit (so that it was nearby) and the subway (we learned how to use it this time). As a result - check-in from 14 o'clock, but we were settled at 10. I liked the breakfasts (there are even steamed dishes). The room is cleaned well, efficiently. In the room (water, tea, coffee). ☝🏻take adapters for the outlet (at the reception they gave one, we didn't have enough, they bought more)
The bathroom has shower gel, soap, body cream. The hair dryer is dead (I always take my own), we lived on the 12th floor.
In the morning (from 9-10.30 during breakfast), there are problems to go down (since the elevators are crowded), but this is rush hour. The only "moment", not even a minus.
There is a bus to the beach (you need to sign up in advance in the evening), we did not sign up, walked to the wild beach (20 minutes from the hotel and the fire 🔥)but! there are no changing booths on the wild beach, there is no toilet, there is no way to buy water.on a day off there are a lot of people, on a weekday it's great (for us), the water is invigorating (but I'm freezing all the time), if you get used to it, then fire again. The water is clear, there are a lot of shells to collect.

The room itself is bright, everything was necessary, especially suitable for families with children or parents. It is convenient that there is a parking lot, we parked the car without problems, we did not buy breakfast, so I can't say anything, we also did not go to Jim, and we were not in the pool. Of the minuses for me personally: there were no sparkling glasses, they asked to bring them, they carried them for a very long time and brought ordinary glasses) but these are small things) For this money, it's definitely good! and it is also convenient that there is even less metro station in exactly a minute's walk, although we did not use it, but still, this is a huge plus for a tourist.

We rested in this hotel from 5.01 to 14.01.2023. The hotel is very nice, the staff is responsive, they will always help with any question. Our room was on the 38th floor with a view of the city, very beautiful both in the afternoon and in the evening. The balcony was closed, but after signing some paper, it was opened to us. By the way, I must say that we arrived at the hotel at 10 am, and that we would not wait, we were offered a room on the 35th floor No. 3528, it turned out to be a smoking floor, the smell of tobacco everywhere, and there was a door to the next room in the room, closed of course, but loud music was heard through it. We didn't even unpack our suitcases, we went down to the reception and asked for another room. There were no available rooms yet, we were offered to wait a couple of hours, and we left our suitcases and went for a walk. And when we returned, we were already settled in a room on the 38th floor, and we liked everything. The room is huge, bedroom, living room, kitchen, no stove, but there is a microwave. Cleaning every day, sometimes they hung a "do not disturb" sign so that they would not be cleaned. I read in the reviews that after cleaning, sometimes towels would not be left, or the garbage would be forgotten, once and we found only one towel after cleaning, but we were already leaving and I thought when we came I would go to the reception, ask them to bring towels, but when we returned, all the towels were already lying. And when we stopped by, there were no bathrobes in the room, one call solved everything, they brought it right away. We only had breakfast, but we were full and didn't want to eat until dinner. Many people write a monotonous menu, the same thing, well, what did you want, there are probably about two dozen hot dishes, plus snacks, cheeses, sausage, fruits, vegetables, pastries, juices, tea, coffee, you can try different dishes every day and here's a variety for you. I really liked the pool, on the 8th floor with a view of the sail, warm, there is also a Jacuzzi with hot water and a children's one. There is a sauna and a hammam. The location of the hotel is very good, the metro is 50 m away, you can get anywhere, we mostly went by metro, sometimes by taxi. The cheapest taxis are beige Camry, other taxis are Tesla, Porsche Cayenne, Lexus, Mercedes where the fare is more expensive. The hotel has a transfer to Kate Beach, but you need to make an appointment the day before. Also transfer to the Emirate Mall and Outlet, went to both malls, poked around. In general, only positive impressions remained from the hotel, I would return to it again.

Of the minuses: The hotel is located in the area of office buildings and major highways, there is nowhere to walk, there is half an hour to walk to the sea, it's scary to walk around the hotel in the evening, there are no people, only huge skyscrapers around you and cars...The hotel itself is shabby, the room looks good, but on closer examination, the following disadvantages were found: windows do not open from the word at all, there is nowhere to dry wet clothes and towels, it's cold in the room, the air conditioner works only for cold, hot water starts pouring from the tap five minutes after switching on (we had the 27th floor maybe because of this?!), the sun is only in the pool until 12 o'clock, then it goes behind the hotel, it gets cold and dark, in the pool area, too, everything is not the first freshness.
Among the advantages: good varied breakfasts, beautiful views from the windows of both the room and the restaurant, a beautiful view of the city and the bay by the pool, pleasant not cold water in the pool, the hotel is 41st floor, but the elevators go fast and there are no queues for elevators, the room is cleaned every day, while they do not take tips (left for the maid, but she didn't take it), they give water to the room every day, in general, the room situation is normal, we had two rooms, a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle... also, at our request, we were given an iron for the entire rest period. The view from the room window on the city is beautiful. Near the metro.
We also had an unforeseen situation, I do not know who is to blame for it - the hotel or the tour operator, but when we arrived, they did not want to check us in, saying that the tour operator did not pay for our stay, and they began to demand a deposit of $ 1,000 for check-in until we deal with the tour operator. We arrived at night and naturally we didn't get through to the tour operator, it's good that our daughter was here with her boyfriend, they helped negotiate a deposit of $ 500 instead of $ 1000 (since we need to speak English, which I personally don't really have), so that we were settled, and then my daughter's boyfriend is all the next day I handled the situation with the tour operator (Anex tour), who blamed everything on the hotel, they say, the tour operator transferred all the money for us, this hotel messed up something... as a result, I did not understand why this happened, but no one even apologized to us, neither the hotel nor the tour operator, well, at least $ 500 was returned...
Summing up all of the above, I want to say that I do not recommend this hotel and I would not go here a second time.

Bright, clean, spacious rooms, we had 2 rooms for 2 people and 2 rooms for 4 people. A swimming pool with a view of the Sail, Burj Khalifa and even a palm tree is visible. The views from the windows are gorgeous too. We had the 27th floor. The pool is gorgeous, warm and clean, a Jacuzzi, also a children's paddling pool, my men also went to the steam room, there is a spa, gym, etc. You need to go up to the 40/41 floor too!!!
