They took me up to the 3rd floor. There is a restaurant. If desired, you can have breakfast. They cook delicious. There are no problems with parking the car. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bed does not creak, the linen is new, the pillows are not lumpy. Shampoos, shower gels, etc. with the name of the hotel. In general, I liked everything, if you don't find fault with the little things. The main thing is a positive attitude. Of the cons: there was a barbecue area under the windows. Every day, except the first Thursday, it was used from evening to morning. Laughter, guffaws, noise. But if you close the window and turn on the air conditioner, you can hardly hear them. I came from Moscow on vacation. A cool place with great views - mountains, lakes, infrastructure. About the hotel: Generally not bad. Wifi has failed. It is very slow, it hardly works. It's easier to use 4G. The breakfasts are not bad. It's great. But the prices in the restaurant, it would seem, are very high in the off-season. It's scary to think how much it will cost in a season, although they may remain so. And so - super. It was a good room. Cozy, clean.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner as a set or choose from the restaurant menu. The hotel consists of two buildings: the standards building and the deluxe building. Shampoo, gel, dental cleaning kit, towels and disposable slippers are provided in the room. If you ask, they bring bathrobes. There is a kettle and two cups, two tea bags, then they did not report. There is no bottled water in the room, you can buy it at the reception. The beach is across the street, there is a direct passage through the amusement area at 10 a.m., if you want to get there earlier, go left along the zoo and enter the passage between two beautiful fences: the zoo and the neighboring hotel. The market, also known as the shopping complex, is on the right at the exit of the Burabai Mall hotel, food is sold on the ground floor.

Almost everything is fine... A new building, a pleasant color scheme, music sounds in the corridor, which sets you up for a positive mood in the morning. Friendly, helpful staff. Coolers with water.... towels are being brought, I would like to have a newer one. But there are free towels for the beach. And audibility.... cons: the trouble with WiFi. guests have to sit with gadgets in the corridors or lobby or restaurant.

The hotel is great.
The location is a solid five.
The very center. The lake is 5 minutes away along the alley. And you're just going out to the beach. Near the market, cafe, zoo. Rooms of a five-star hotel. Complete comfort. During our stay, there were no conduits, but it was cool outside and it was not needed, but if it was 25 degrees or higher, then it was gone. But the administrators said that the air conditioners will be installed.
Cleaning : as everywhere in Kazakhstan through the stump deck. Tea is only green, there is no free water.
But they said that the water in the tap is from its own well and it can be drunk. We drank, the ears and tail did not grow)
The administrators are excellent and very caring
The food in the restaurant is for three. It's just not very good.
We had breakfast in a cafe nearby.
In general, we recommend the hotel, it's worth the money.

The child broke a glass at breakfast, they didn't say anything, not a hint of discontent..they cleaned everything quickly with a smile and we ordered a new juice!!!

The Gloria Hotel is very conveniently located, through the pedestrian crossing of the Zoo and immediately Lake Borovoe. There is a market and many cafes nearby. Gloria consists of two buildings. Rooms to choose from from the housekeeper and above. We had room cleaning on request. They cleaned well.
The staff is polite and helpful.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel, we liked the way they cook, had breakfast only in the restaurant, had lunch in different ways. There is a children's menu. For an additional fee.For a fee, you can order food directly to your room. A small banquet can be arranged in the restaurant.
There is a sauna with a swimming pool.
Gazebo with barbecue area.
Parking is free for guests staying at the hotel. If the room is free, then they check in immediately. There is a luggage room.
Free internet connection.
We liked it and we will be happy to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

The price is high for this hotel. According to the star rating, it is 2+ there is no elevator, the rooms have already "lived their own" furniture. A small router is offered as WiFi (if 10 people connect, the network gets stuck) on the 1st floor. One of the advantages is the location opposite the Park of culture and next to the lake. There is a beautiful market outside the fence. And they have a good restaurant. One of three more or less normal restaurants in Borovoye.

It should be understood that the hotel is located in the center of Burabai city opposite the Ferris ring and therefore it is noisy at night. We took rooms in the new building, the rooms are cool for our money, we have all the necessary accessories (towels, toothbrushes and shower gels), the staff is excellent, we are always happy to prompt and help.

The kitchen as a whole is not bad, very cozy, they ordered a barbecue and even brought it to our room. Terrible Internet, WiFi does not catch almost anywhere except the lobby, they served us rotten soup in the restaurant, they removed it from the receipt when we returned the soup, when there was a power outage in the whole village, then we had no light, there is no generator in the hotel, when the light was given, there was no hot water, there are storage boilers and I had to stand in a cold shower and wait for the water to heat up, the rooms are very poorly cleaned, there is a trash can under the table, we had it full, it was not cleaned when we went to the reception and called the cleaner again, she said that because of the chair she did not notice the trash there, so, she did not move her chair to wash under the table 🤷🏼♀️ towels smell musty because they do not have time to dry, and when we went to the senior administrator with all these inconveniences and asked for a refund for one night, because we wanted to leave here early, she said with a smile on her face that nothing she can't help us, and when I said that we could provide breakfast or lunch for the inconvenience, she sarcastically said that you were poisoning yourself with our food, which is logical, but you should have offered anyway, and to refuse, that's our business.
But in order for the review to be honest, I will also say the pros, fresh repairs, at least in the new building, good sound insulation from the street, there is Parking, polite staff, we do not take into account the senior administrator, we also kept the reservation, although the payment did not pass, because we have Russian cards
