I saw how our room was only swept, although there is a vacuum cleaner, the toilet was washed only from above, the sink mixer was black and remained in white spots, there was a lot of hair and garbage from old residents. Then we were relocated, and there we lived with a dog, all its fur remained on the carpet and then stuck to our feet. But this is all fixable if the owner takes note and there will be control. And so I liked everything.

We had a vacation in Gloria in August 2024. The hotel is located in the village of Liza. It is a suburb of Pitsunda. Famous beaches. There are no complaints about the beach. Perfect. Pine trees on the shore, small pebbles and clear water. The beach is a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has two buildings. New brick and old wooden building. Standard rooms are beds, and instead of a full-fledged bed there can be a folding chair or an ottoman. Bathroom in the rooms. The room in the wooden building has a split system, TV, wardrobe. No refrigerator, no table, no kettle. There's not even a chair. Refrigerators are shared on the open veranda of the first floor. There are two snow-white towels for each vacationer. The bed linen is also snow-white, of good quality. But the room itself is cramped, decorated with wood, feeling cramped and dark.
The rooms in the new brick building are already more modern. It is no longer a standard, but a superior. Although I honestly don't know what it is. The room has a large bed, complemented by the same armchair and ottoman. Since we did not pay for a double room with an additional one. in some places, but a full-fledged four-seater, they were outraged. We were given a mattress for an ottoman. The room is clean, there is carpet on the floor, a bathroom with good plumbing, a powerful hair dryer is available. The room has a wardrobe, a TV, a split system and a table attached to the floor. You can't move it. There is a balcony. On the balcony there is a table and two armchairs, a dryer. The bed linen and towels are snow-white, of good quality. There is no refrigerator or kettle.
Hotel accommodation includes breakfast. They are organized in the form of a small buffet. Monotonous and sparse. But you won't stay hungry. There have always been two types of porridge with milk, sausages, omelette, eggs, charlotte, sometimes cheesecakes or casserole. There are few dishes for such a meal, we had to wait for clean plates and mugs. But overall, the hotel is not bad. I recommend. Minor flaws did not spoil the rest. The staff is friendly and tidy. The hosts are hospitable and positive.

Lunch and dinner are waiting for a very long time, immediately if you want to eat after the excursions you will not succeed. The food is not varied. The room for 4 people is small. Waiters are always busy doing the wrong thing, always smoking, on their phones. They also have a habit of being late for work, one waiter barely makes it, you look at the other running sleepy. There are a lot of children, but they hang out on the playground, in the pool of another hotel. The sea is not far away, but there are no attractions either. The hotel is located in a small village of sorts, where cows walk, there are mosquitoes and flies, you will also need to go through a minefield. We lived in September 2024 in a wooden building, then I moved to a concrete VIP building for three days.
1. A wooden case is a very bad idea because of the audibility. The air conditioning units are installed so that there is a roar in the room (behind a wooden wall). We, two girls on the third (last) floor, were very unlucky with our neighbors, a group of elderly people. They got up at 5, went to the sea at 5:30, slamming doors 100 times and yelling at us on the stairs "ARE YOU COMING? ", "DID YOU TAKE EVERYTHING?". When I asked what kind of behavior this was, they told me, "Well, we can't sleep until 11 like you." At the same time, at 7 something, they already returned and woke us up a second time, although we were both wearing earplugs. This is HELL, not a vacation.

The rooms are very cool, BUT there are problems with the sewerage and my toilet stank so much that I was sick. At my request to sort it out, they explained to me that the problem is global, it will be solved thoroughly at the end of September. They promised to fix everything - as a result, the woman cleaned the drain and sprinkled it with industrial flavor. After a couple of hours, the stench returned, it could be heard at the entrance to the room. I left the lights on and the ventilation accordingly, but it didn't change anything. Three days of disgust. Why didn't you move out? I didn't want to worry myself, I paid 15k for three nights and answered the questions - "is it better?", "no", then silence and no offers awaited me.
The audibility in the VIP building is also very good, there is no noise insulation. TV, hugging and swearing can be heard perfectly, but less than in a wooden one. The air conditioner is not audible.
There are no refrigerators in the rooms. Those that are common are an abomination, overgrown with mud and ice.
The behavior of the staff is also very unpleasant. As in Russia, Asian immigrants do menial work here. A couple was very infuriating - a girl in a hijab, a headscarf and an Asian man in black, they were constantly making out and lying barefoot on shared sofas in the hallway. The rest of the local staff gathers at the kitchen, smoking, swearing, listening to music and making noise. It 's annoying . At the same time, there are many flaws in the hotel, the carpet is not attached in places, the wallpaper is peeled off, the shower is loose, the grout and tiles are dirty, etc. At the same time, people complain about shoals walking among themselves, and the staff hangs out all day long. In general, Gloria is a good place, but check about the SEWER and think about audibility. This assessment is due to a stinky point in my vacation that I was not warned about when paying.

4) Dogs without a leash and muzzle:
- there is a dog living on the territory that barks at night, protecting its territory. Once she ran threateningly after our child, but we managed to pick him up. After a couple of days, you realize that you need a dog – it does not allow a herd of cows to enter the territory, which walk near the hotel in the early morning.
- there are 2 more dogs between Gloria and Amshin Hotel – one of them is a healthy shepherd. Because of her, we were afraid to let the child go to the playground of the Amshin hotel. Although others let go. But I think it's a dangerous predator. And if it cost others 100 times, then one tragedy will be enough for me to regret it.
5) The fact that loud music is playing in the restaurant – this has already been written about and we read in the reviews before the trip. According to the rules of the hotel, you can make noise until 23:00. But there were 2 nights with us when the restaurant's visitors stayed too long and the staff admitted that loud music was playing after 23:00. The staff also likes to listen to music loudly.
6) In general, the staff is a separate topic. It seems that almost all (except John Ivanovich and 2 guys from the canteen) male employees feel like the owners of the hotel.
One Asian man can walk under your balcony at 06:00 and spit loudly.
Others calmly smoke and swear at home in the common area with guests – this is where they play backgammon near the tables for eating at the entrance to the restaurant. Imagine you and your children are sitting, having lunch, and 8 meters away a couple of guys / men-employees are smoking, laughing and swearing obscenities. It's nice to have an appetite, so to speak.
Don't get me wrong, we don't mind if the staff smokes and plays backgammon. But we are guests, clients. We came to relax, have fun, relax. We pay a lot of money for this – and by the way, the cost of rooms is quite high. I pay for comfort, not to hear the neighing and swearing of workers, to inhale cigarette smoke.
Let the employees have a recreation area separate from the guests. It's not difficult to provide.
There are no badges – at least give them to the waiters.
7) And here we come to the restaurant – it's terrible.
- Breakfast – someone, I saw, made a video of this disaster. It's just that atas – a crowd of adults – respected hotel guests – stands at the entrance to the restaurant, because either the food or the dishes are out.
The breakfast period is stated from 08:00 to 10:00. To make it to breakfast before you've eaten everything, you instinctively arrive at 08:00. But! It happens that this careless staff does not have time, and the food appears only at 08:30.
Can you imagine that? You've come on vacation and you're wasting time waiting for food or a clean plate.
And don't forget – only 2 sausages and 2 cheesecakes per person! And if I came after 09:00, then I won't lie, I didn't come, but I think there won't be any food.
- Lunch and dinner, which are not included in the room rate. We tried to have lunch at this restaurant. Dishes can be over–salted, over-peppered, meat undercooked - and no one has ever said "sorry" when we made a claim. In response, the look is bold or indifferent.
We recommend lunch and dinner at the Sunflower restaurant - it is very close, 3 minutes towards the bus stop and the Kopeyka store.
8) there is no refrigerator and kettle in the room – this is not one of the disadvantages – because it is indicated in the description of the rooms, you know about it in advance. But still, I would like to have refrigerators in the rooms for that kind of money.
9) payment for accommodation at the reception by card is not possible. This is understandable, they save on acquiring. But when you are offered to transfer 50 or 150 thousand rubles to the hotel director's savings bank card upon check–in, and the bank takes a percentage of 1000 rubles from you, it is sensitively unpleasant. And, of course, there will be no receipt for payment either.
I repeat about the staff – I have a negative attitude towards almost all males, except John Ivanovich and a couple of well-mannered guys from the restaurant, whose gaze showed that they were really ashamed of the restaurant's joints. The girls are all good, they work like bees. Polite.

Глория-это наша любовь! Локация прекраснейшая, гостиница уютная, персонал очень душевный. Карина, Тамаз, Фатима отличные люди. С 2018 года отдыхаем только здесь. Отзывы разные о гостинице, но каждый выбирает сам, ради чего он едет в эту страну. А-ля Турции тут нет конечно. Территория ухожена, номера чистые, необходимый минимум имеется( кондиционер, душ, туалет, телевизор, кровать). Не понимаю негативные отзывы о наполненности номеров. Люди, вы ради моря едете или смотреть на хрустальные люстры? А море, пляж и сосновая роща это шикарный подарок природы! Воздух, чистейшее море, дружелюбные местные жители, коровы, лошади, собаки- это как раз тот самый колорит) отдохнуть от городской суеты и пафоса точно получится. Не советую любителям понтов, езжайте за бугор. А ценителям природы, лазурного моря, дельфинов и чистых человеческих отношений здесь всегда рады. В этом году снова едем сюда. Ждём встречи)
Отдыхали в Глории. Хороший отель, персонал доброжелательный. До моря недалеко.Море чистое, не то что в Джубге. Вообще Абхазия это спокойный отдых. Конкретно по отелю Глория ребята стараются. Всё чисто, аккуратно. Кафе хорошее, недорогое вино. Котлеты по киевски хорошие рекомендую. Пицца перепонки тоже понравилось.Морсы огонь!!! Отдельное спасибо Джону за хороший приём и Тимуру за то что посоветовал Глорию. Вообще весь персонал отзывчивый. Видно что люди стараются, цены там недорогие. Кафе как ресторан, сравниваю столовые Джубги и Глория. Ну Глория это кайф. Если к абхазам хорошо, то и они к вам отлично будут относиться. Привет из Башкирии.

The necessary accessories are available in the shower. The staff of the girl maids are polite, but I do not know what position: a woman at the computer, this is of course trash. Having seen something on the monitor, apparently the negative review was "loudly expressed in obscenities at the visitor x", maybe the hotel owner did not explain to her that this is not the way to behave, and not only adults but also children are resting.... В Абхазии первый раз и очень долго выбирала место отдыха и гостиницу. Ни сколько не жалею о своем выборе! Нам было хорошо в Глории жить с 30.07. по 08.08.23. Просторный номер ( улучшеный двухместный, в кирпичном корпусе) с балконом. Корпус новый и еще будет дополняться деталями интерьера, но уже сейчас, проживать в гостинице довольно комфортно. При заселении рассчитано 2 полотенца на человека. С/у новый, есть жидкое мыло для рук, бумага. В Глории работают прекрасные люди. Мы очень благодарны Тимуру, Джону, Елене. Любой вопрос не оставался без внимания и решался очень быстро. Кухня в гостинице выше всех похвал, как и ранее писали в отзывах. Для нас это был существенный критерий, при выборе гостиницы. Спасибо сотрудникам ресторана Глория, особенно официанту Илье и девушке за баром - Беме! При ранних выездах на экскурсию и в аэропорт, не отказывали в горячем завтраке, только не раньше 7 утра. При более раннем выезде, предлагается сок и печенье. Особая благодарность женщине повару, не знаю, к сожалению ее имени. Вы замечательная!
Море рядом, с хорошим чистым пляжем. На такси ездили на пляжи Капитан Блек и на Рыбзавод, там песочек)) До центра Пицунды 10 минут на такси, пешком утомительно.
В общем, рекомендую гостиницу Глория и если вернемся в Абхазию, то только сюда!
Отдыхали в Глории этим лето в начале июля! Сказать , что нам понравилось- ни чего не сказать! ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО всем работникам отеля! Все было отлично! Номера уютные и чистые, уборка каждые 3 дня! Отличные администраторы, решат любой вопрос: такси, трансфер, экскурсии, да м просто житейские проблемки! Кухня- это отдельный разговор!!! Так вкусно нас не кормили ни где! Свежее, вкусное, порции очень большие! Территория небольшая, но ее достаточно. В плане бассейн, но рядом есть небольшой отель с бассейном и детской площадкой, наши дети там играли и купались без проблем!Про пляж тоже можно рассказывать много! Он расположен недалеко, идти прогулочным шагом минут 5, ну может чуть дольше. Мимо киосков выходим в сосновую рощу, которая переходит в берег моря. Хочешь - лежи в теньке, хочешь- выйди на солнце! Все люди приветливые и вежливые! Прделятся wi-fi , если нужно. Фрукты, море, солнце! Просто кайф!
Были в Глории в июне 2023 года. До отеля ехать от аэропорта часа три, утомительно. Спасибо за то, что микроавтобусы Мерседес комфортабельные, что скрасило дальный путь. Территория возле отеля, конечно, никакая, везде стройка.
Теперь об отеле: Глория имеет два вида корпусов -деревянный и кирпичный. Мы жили в деревянном, на втором этаже. Слышимость отличная😬. Ночью, помимо мужа, рядом храпел сосед😜.
Номера неплохие, чистенькие, есть телевизор, кондиционер. Холодильники на первом этаже, ни чайников, ни стола, ни стульев, ни посуды нет. В общем, в номере есть не желательно. Ванная комната тоже неплохая. Правда один минус - убираются через три дня. Но зато во время уборки меняют постель и полотенца.
Море рядом, галька, есть песочный пляж в 1,5 км от нас, но мы не дошли, нам и здесь было неплохо.
Персонал приветливый, доброжелательный. Есть ресторан, цены приемлимые.
Особенная благодарность Джону. Нам повезло. Заселение в 14-00, а мы приехали в 10. Отель забит под «завязку», но он нашел возможность временно заселить в освободившийся номер, пока наш освобождали. Большой ему поклон за это🙏
А в целом нам отдых понравился. Вернемся в Глорию еще, но теперь только в кирпичный корпус 👍
Здравствуйте,начну с плюсов. Останавливались в кирпичном корпусе . На ресепшене встретил очень приятнве и доброжелательные мужчины,к сожалению на ресепшене не помню как зовут,второй мангальщик Темур, Номер в гостинице шикарный,большое помещение,кровать удобная,балкон хороший. Все свежее в номере.
Теперь о минусах.
Ресторан еле дышит,видно что нехватка кадров и экономия на ресторане. Уважаемые причастные,зачем покупать недешевые диспенсеры и оставлять их пустыми. Смысл делать такой крутой ремонт в ресторане,если вы забыли наполнить его душой(персоналом) .
Один бедный официант бегает весь в поту и чисто физически не может уследить за всеми порядками в зале. Нету администратора в зале. Все через пень колоду. Уверен что на кухне твориться тоже не пойми что. Уважаемые владельцы поймите,что кухня это душа всего отеля. Вам реально требуется не так много вложений что бы довести его до ума. Найти управляющего . Который сделает адекватное производство и питание всего отеля. Из за такой ситуации приходилось ходить кушать в соседний отель, в ресторан. А это минус ваша прибыль. На завтрак пришли подавалось все еле теплое. Система завтрак мне вообще не понятна. Как то надо сидеть и высчитывать на сколько ты заказал,а если семья из 3 и более человек,надо включать калькулятор. Вкусный был только омлет и блинчики . Остальное просто не сопоставимо с таким залом в которым все это подавалось. У вас огромный потенциал, Я верю в то что у вас все получится. А пока 3 звезды
Большая семья❤️ благодаря Вам полюбили Абхазию. Только уехали, а уже хочется вернуться сюда снова.

We had a rest in Gloria in the period 15.07-22.07.23. Accommodation was in a new building. We arrived ahead of check-in time, but the room was consolidated and the administrators Elena and John immediately checked us in. Thank them for that) The room was on the third floor, the room is spacious, everything is new, air conditioning. We liked it. The view is beautiful on the mountains. To be honest, there were not enough chairs and a little refrigerator. To be honest, I didn't notice that they were cleaning, but it didn't bother us. We've only been here a week, and I do a lot of cleaning at home once a week. The hotel staff is wonderful, sincere! We booked a tour at the hotel. So on the day of the tour, the child fell ill, and although we said this 40 minutes before they were supposed to come for us, John called and the tour was postponed without any commission. Nutrition: everything is very tasty. Upon arrival, we ate next to each other in a Sunflower, since the electricity was turned off in Gloria and lunch was not ready, and then several more times we had lunch / dinner in other cafes. We liked Gloria the most. Delicious and varied. Although my husband ate only khinkali, he liked them so much here!) We really liked it here, we will definitely return in the summer of 2024!
Цена в августе 2023 г. 7000,00 в сутки за 3-х местный номер, территория гостиницы не ухожена, вокруг стройка, номер чистый и новый, большой, белье чистое, кровать удобная, в номере 1 2-х спальная и 1 односпальная кровать, нет стульев, нет минихолодильника, графин и 2 стакана, ремонт в ванной комнате красивый, но сливе вода уходит плохо, моешься и постоянно контролируешь чтобы не затопить комнату, шкаф без дверок, нет тюля, поэтому чтобы тебя со двора никто не видел нужно держать шторы закрытыми, до пляжа недалеко, мин 10. Завтрак был включен в стоимость, выбор по меню, до 300 руб. на человека, официанты обслуживают очень медленно, столы грязные, убирать не торопятся. Общее впечатление от отеля больше не поедем.
Отдыхали в этом августе, все очень понравилось. Номера в новом корпусе большие и уютные, но не хватает холодильника и зеркала в рост, надеемся на следующий год они появятся, так как собираемся приехать снова. Парни официанты и кухня молодцы, цены не высокие . На 2000 можно объесться вчетвером . Один минус, в самом кафе очень жарко и приходится охотится за уличными столиками. Если бы в кафе были потолочные вентиляторы ситуация бы была совсем другая. В общем всем рекомендую…
Очень внешне понравилось кафе, чисто и нетипично для Лдзаа, хороший интерьер, уверена и вкусно,но постоянно играет громкая музыка, как в баре,с ребенком не решились сесть за стол, да и в целом некомфортно кушать когда так по ушам бьет

Персонал отличный, еда разнообразная и вкусная, номера очень чистые (супруга оценила). До моря 7 минут прогуливаясь. Тишина и покой... Обязательно вернёмся и будем рекомендовать!

A nice hotel, we had a clean and spacious room. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, the cleanest sea and a pebble beach are nearby, the rest is wonderful!
Есть деревянный корпус с очень высокой слышимостью и влажностью. И есть новый корпус, кирпичный, с отличным ремонтом. Внизу отличный ресторанчик, с очень вкусной едой и приятными официантами. Звезду снимаю только за деревянный корпус.
Отдыхали с семьей в августе 2022. Отель небольшой на 25 номеров, бассейна нет. Номера небольшие, чистые, семье из 4х человек тесновато, но не критично. Весомый минус номера - старый продавленный матрац на двуспальной кровати, спать очень неудобно. Готовят в отеле очень вкусно, стоимость блюд не высокая. До моря идти примерно 5-7 минут, пляж чистый, с соснами на берегу, из-за чего воздух просто потрясающий.
Прекрасный отдых в мае 2022, если знаешь, что тебе нужно!
1. Это деревня. Благоустроенная: асфальт на дорогах, магазины, кафе, до Пицунды 20 минут пешком или 5 автобусом.
2. Это эконом. В номере хорошая сантехника, удобные кровати, кондиционер, большой ТВ, но холодильник снаружи (что совсем не мешало),
3. До моря минут 7 переулками, перед морем - сосновая рощица. Галечный пляж, дельфины...
4. Недорогая и вкусная кухня. А уж сырники Фатиме удаются шикарнейше!
Если Вы любитель не тусовок и понтов, а природы и моря -вам понравится!!!

В самой Глории бассейна или детской площадки нет, есть дворовая территория, где дети могу поиграть. Есть собственная столовая с интересными сотрудниками - через 5 минут нахождения, как будто попал в семейный круг - могут и послать в шутку, главное, быть с юмором 😁 Еду готовят вкусную, по вечерам предлагают играть в мафию.
Гостиница эконом класса, в основном для ночевки, где-то 2-3 звезды... В номерах нет холодильника, есть кондиционер, телевизор с ютубом, номер оформлен под дерево, освещение неяркое. Не сказать, что отель супер, но если приходить только ночевать, а остальное время тусить возле море - самое то.
По духу - как у бабушки в деревне, возле входа гуляют коровки и кони, нужно смотреть под ноги 😃
До моря идти минут 15 , не очень близко
Очень понравился весь персонал:Тамаз,Фатима,Сюсанна,Настя.Душевные,замечательные люди,с которыми можно как и по делу,так и по личному поговорить,обсудить. Многое могут рассказать о жизни и истории Абхазии. Готовят-просто пальчики оближешь; очень вкусно,по-домашнему,причем как и национальные блюда,так и европейские.
Хорошие номера,большие,оснащенные кондиционером/обогревателем,душевой и туалетом в каждом номере. Единственное что,в 10 номере(на первом этаже) не ловит wi-fe и не полностью видно горы,но это не мешает,а дает повод выйти на улицу к приятным людям и подышать действительно свежим воздухом.
Пляж очень близко, можно пройти мимо магазинчиков и ларёчков и купить местные овощи/фрукты;чебурек,который на глазах готовят,мягкое мороженое и тд
Очень рекомендую данный отель!!!! В след.раз,когда еще полетим в Абхазию,заселимся туда)
Хороший отель. Рекомендую как семейным отдыхающим, так и компаниям друзей. Удобства в каждом номере, правда мне не хватало стола и стульев. Уборка и смена белья регулярная, как написано на сайте. Ресторан с доступными ценами, блюда с оригинальной подачей! Персонал более, чем вежливый!
Шикарная гостинница. Номера очень уютные и чистые. Вот только из за дерева шумоизоляция не очень. А так остались безумно довольны. Басеин чистый и теплый. Персонал прекрасный. Еда очень вкусная.
