The place itself is fine, everything is automated and fast. However, parking there is a nightmare; never a free spot. Kinda weird they didn't think of parking for a business with a nonstop flow.

Bad customer service . First time the packages were not available for pickup even though they were in the system . Then today had to fight to get my packages even after showing my passport , qr code & address 2 the employee didn't want to release my packages . Ridiculous !
