I ordered a kitchen from the GlobalMebel team, furniture for a study (two hinged cabinets), and for bathrooms (2 hinged cabinets for washbasins, a pencil case for washing machines and dryers, and a plumbing riser).
Before that, I ordered furniture from other organizations or sole proprietors, I can compare it.
Furniture order: It was not possible to get to the office during working hours to get acquainted with the samples - the manager went to a meeting, organized a meeting on his day off.
Measurements: The designer came once, measured everything, there were adjustments on my part during the manufacture of furniture, the designer came again, took additional measurements. I received a document with visualization and drawings of furniture. Also, all the smallest details (materials, color, accessories, installation requests...) were specified in the annex to the contract.
Support and consulting: Here I want to mention the very well-coordinated work of the team. Sometimes it was necessary to implement non-standard solutions. How it worked is that you tell the designer your vision, he discusses the pros and cons with you, and advises you on alternatives. After a while, the designer returns after discussing your option with the designer and, if necessary, even with the installers. And you are 100% sure that there will be no surprises during installation. For those who are not very experienced in such matters and value their time, this is especially valuable. They solve your problems, including all communications with finishers, ceiling installers, and so on.
Installation: I did not control the installation, I only accepted the result. During the installation process, the supervisor personally visited the apartment and dropped the intermediate photos/videos. There were no questions during the acceptance. Everything was done as agreed.
