Global Village is a very colorful and atmospheric place, a grandiose space with a large number of pavilions representing different countries of the world with unique goods, an amusement park for children, a concert venue and even a floating market. The most interesting pavilions for us were the pavilions of Africa and Asia. The most vivid impressions remained from visiting the Global Village. The territory is huge, it should take from 3 to 4.5 hours to visit everything. Entrance is paid. There are many food outlets (mainly fast food) and an exchange office on the territory of the complex, which is very convenient.
Very beautiful. From the very entrance to the very exit, it is impossible to break away from the stunning views and architecture typical of various countries and regions. Local cuisines and goods are presented inside each pavilion of the country. Aromas and colors merge into a delicious cocktail of excellent mood.
There is a place to eat, choose the cuisine of which region you prefer and go ahead. All kinds of Oriental, and for some reason, Balkan, are especially common. At least at the time of our visit, we counted more than three cafes and restaurants in the Balkan region.
You can walk endlessly. But we also need to go home. You can get there by car, taxi, or regular buses to the metro.
One of my favorite places in Dubai!
A huge territory with pavilions dedicated to different countries, where you can taste local food and buy goods by region!
A huge number of restaurants, attractions for children, various shows, lights, music! There is a huge parking lot nearby for free.
There are a lot of people on weekends. By the way, the ticket price is very pleasant, you can buy it online in advance and there will be a discount.
A gorgeous, atmospheric place to spend a wonderful time!
In order to see everything, one day is definitely not enough for you.
On the territory you will see:
Attractions carousels swings and not only for children)) A lot of things make your eyes run away. Along the way there are small cafes, as well as food outlets where food from different nations of the world is prepared and sold.
Of course, there are shops with souvenirs and clothes along the way, as well as goods.
On the territory you will see a kind of ensemble of pavilions representing different countries of the world, it looks amazing. You get to some kind of mini countries of the world. Super!
I can single out India, Iran (below in the photo) very beautiful pavilions outside and inside. Of course, I do not want to offend the pavilions of other countries, they are no less beautiful.
It is mandatory to visit both with the whole Family and with friends. Good luck to everyone !
It is positioned as a fair with the traditions of the peoples of the world. In fact, it is a huge market. A large-scale and beautifully made market. There are many pavilions from different countries, with clothes, cosmetics, household goods inherent in this country. But most are made in China. And it is very expensive (you can definitely bargain in the Africa pavilion). A big plus is the opportunity to try a variety of food, from classic boiled corn and popcorn, to dishes typical of a certain country. Children will not be bored in the big amusement park either.
Large-scale, but very crowded. Basically, all the pavilions of the countries have monotonous products (fabrics, spices, clothes). It is difficult to get there on your own, buses rarely run, taxis in that direction are not cheap. There is a large amusement area, for children, and for adults there is a lot of entertainment. There are many cafes with different cuisines. The entrance ticket is inexpensive
An elegant open-air fair on the territory of which pavilions and products from most countries of the world are presented. It works in the evening, Tuesday, if I'm not mistaken, is a family day - visiting by men is highly not recommended. You can find everything your heart desires - spices, food, hand made products, cosmetics, jewelry, carpets from all corners of the globe. Among the disadvantages is the assortment of the Rossiya pavilion, except for honey, incomprehensible cosmetics, hairpins, children's clothes and fur coats from the "plucked rabbit", our country has nothing to imagine. There are many fast food areas and entertainment parks on the territory.
The working hours are from 16 to 00, from October to April. You can get there by public transport - via metro and bus (bus stop nearby) or, more simply, by taxi. If you live in the downtown Dubai area, then the trip takes 30-50 minutes and costs from 60AED
A huge fair of all sorts of things. You can eat, watch different shows, do some shopping.
There are sooo many people on the weekend that can't get through. Prices are cheaper than in the shopping center in Dubai, so locals are willing to buy here. There are a lot of very beautiful fabrics, national clothes of different countries
I liked. One disadvantage is the remoteness. There is a bus that goes there, but it takes a very long time to get there. It's expensive to take a taxi, given that the entrance is paid.
This is an amazing place! Be sure to watch the concerts on stage. And of course, visit the town of each represented country. Despite all the other splendor of Dubai, Global Village has left the best memories in me!
I love the Global Village, I think it's a must-visit place in Dubai. Admission is inexpensive, but there are a million entertainments inside: pavilions from all over the world with goods, a variety of cafes and restaurants, a cool amusement park, stages with constant performances for adults and children, an arena for stunt shows (my favorite) and, of course, a million locations for photos. Because of this, it can be very crowded, but if it doesn't scare you, you and your children will get a lot of new positive emotions!
Great place! There are a lot of things you can't get around in an evening. In fact, this is a large oriental market stylized for different countries. There are many attractions of slot machines and so on. There are a huge number of places where you can eat for any budget.
A very interesting, atmospheric place where goods and products from all over the world are presented, each placed in its own location corresponding to a particular country. A good set of attractions, types of kitchens and food. In general, I think if you have time, money and desire, it is a must-visit place
A very atmospheric place, a huge world's fair where almost all countries are represented. It is better to go later in the evening, as it is hot. It works from 16.00 in the season until May 5, then it seems to work again from October.
It is beautiful and interesting for a hike with the whole family, although the territory is large and it will be tedious for children.
I resorted to the help of the prosecutor, the accompanying Ivan is well done, thanks to the representative at the Occidental Sharjah Nargiz hotel. But 2 hours is not enough there. I want to go into the pavilion and take a look. I didn't even have time to look at half of it, while I didn't eat or get distracted by attractions.
The place is super) I advise everyone to visit, especially in the evening! Here you can buy local clothes, cosmetics, and food. Pavilions from other countries are also present. It's even interesting to just take a walk.
A very interesting place, many different attractions, pavilions from different countries, sell many different goods, souvenirs, cosmetics, I advise you to visit if you are on vacation in Dubai
A very atmospheric and interesting place. There are many pavilions from different countries on the same site and you can visit several dozen countries in one evening. Each pavilion sells products specific to this country. The price tag is too high, but you can bargain. In India, they are well inferior) I really liked it, I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai!
For lovers of the Sadovod and TYAK Moscow market, you are here. I'm writing because I just returned from this place. To begin with, a) admission is 30 dirhams per person, two adults and an 8-year-old child gave 90 dirhams just like that b) the feeling that you are at the bazaar-station c) ice cream makers from Turkey d) price tags are simply formed from nowhere e) in the pavilions of the countries they sell goods from China and irrelevant goods. I didn't really understand why I went to Tula and spent 5.8 tr on a taxi there and back. And I paid for the entrance…
I didn't like it very much. All the time, you had the feeling that you were in cheap decorations that were made to cover the Cherkizovsky Market. Everything is expensive and the food and souvenirs and supposedly goods from different countries of the world, and you also have to pay for the entrance🤦
We had a free evening, went on the recommendation of the guide, spent 150 dirhams for a taxi there and back, 50 for admission and 200 for food, well, that kind of thing...
Very cool place! A bunch of multinational establishments! From all sides there are some entertainments, attractions, fountain shows. I love the location of Africa!!! They always have fun! Incredibly cool dancing!!! And a very symbolic price for a ticket! Therefore... available to everyone! But!!! It is worth considering the seasonality! Because from the end of spring to the middle of October, the Village is closed!!!
It's a cool place, especially with children. Taking a walk in the evening to see this is one of the must-have options for visiting Dubai. Although I was in this place only on my fourth visit. There is a lot to see and this is one of those places that you need. Again, adjusted for arrival dates.
By! Or there were just other expectations. If you need fireflies and attachments, they are good. We went to see each pavilion of different countries, try different cuisine and buy something from one country or another. As a result, everything is Chinese, the sellers are Chinese, for example, Chinese cosmetics without refrigerators are sold at +35. It's also past the food court. No one will tell you what is sharp that is not if you want to buy something for a child.
One of the places to visit if you are in Dubai. Everything is very colorful here, Africa, Iran and Russia....You can have plenty of time...my feet will be buzzing. Therefore, wear comfortable shoes
A great place to spend an interesting evening! Perhaps my favorite place in Dubai! Such a motley mix of cultures, gastronomy, clothes, music - it's all very interesting to see and feel! I also enjoy watching performances there every time - music and dancing should not leave anyone indifferent.
If you want to see the many cultures of the world, goods from all over the world, different people and architecture of the countries of the world, then this is the place for you. Here you will find everything that I have listed above. The place to visit when traveling in the UAE
Something like VDNKH with an amusement park. There are separate national pavilions, shopping malls and cafes in them. There is a huge amusement park behind. Just have time to count out the money) Plus, there are small free shows for everyone in the evening.
A huge open-air market. There are not many countries, mostly Muslim. They sell mostly clothes and some food. The price tag is different, it's better to bargain.
There are performances on 2 different stages several times a day. Ideas about nothing. There is noise and uproar all around. There are a lot of different foods for every taste, but you have to understand that it's still fast food.
It is better to get from Dubai and back by taxi, of which there are a million. Save time and nerves.
A cool amusement park, a lot of interesting things, a must-visit. You won't get there in the summer, it will be closed, so go there during the season. Autumn-winter.
A very interesting fair, many beautiful themed pavilions. Bright slightly cartoon decorations. It doesn't look like classic Dubai. And to eat and buy something and a photo shoot. A must-visit. Of course, the goods are Asian consumer goods, but the atmosphere of an oriental fair.
A must-visit, a variety of dishes from different cuisines of the world, a variety of performances by various music / dance teams from each represented country on the Global. Plus attractions for adults and children
A good amusement park and a fair of goods from all over the world. We always buy fabrics from Pakistan here. Interesting crafts and decorations in the African and Indian pavilions. Lots of food. If you walk from pavilion to pavilion, you can watch the performances of many national performers.
An interesting place, beautifully decorated, everything is illuminated in the evening, only there is no scheme and therefore you can skip any pavilion. The fair itself is not interesting, goods that are not produced in this country can be sold in different countries, prices are greatly inflated. The Russian pavilion was disappointed, Russian-speaking sellers - Kazakhs and Kyrgyz, representing not Russian goods at all, gzhel and ceramics, matryoshkas and Russian cosmetics were presented from ours. There are performances on the main stage and in some pavilions, in general the atmosphere is friendly, everyone is friendly, the sellers are a little intrusive. There are many cafes around where you can taste and appreciate the national cuisine of different countries. It's worth visiting this place once.
A beautiful wrapper, nonsense inside))
The first impression is very pleasant, everything is beautiful, it glows, the eyes run away. The touts invite you to try everything, they smile and impose... Cherkizon reminds me)) In fact, it is a large market with local and Chinese goods. I liked the Turkish and African parts, they are at least a little authentic and fun, the rest are not impressed. There is a small lunopark with attractions for both kids and adults, prices are different, acceptable, but you can minimally replenish the card for 150 dirhams (like) and pay for the rides with it, you will not be able to buy a ticket for 1 attraction. You can watch the show on the big stage, the children will like it, they repeat every 20-30 minutes. In the evening it gets colder in the desert, it is better to wear closed shoes and take a warm jacket with you, especially if you are traveling from November to March. I definitely wouldn't have gone there a second time.
A must-visit in Dubai) it looks like our VDNH, with a slightly different concept, in places it looks like the Gardener's market, In fact a huge open-air shopping center. In the evening, there is a show program, dances of peoples in each pavilion every half hour. There are a lot of people. Everything is expensive, noisy, packed as always. Dancing groups are highly overrated in my opinion) There is an amusement park - more for children, but there is also for adults. Well scared in House of Fear - I recommend it))
We were in November! The center is closed in summer due to the heat. I am absolutely delighted! Sooooo beautiful. You can enjoy delicious dishes from different cuisines of the world. It is better to arrive at the opening at 16, so that later you can see the night center. It's super beautiful!
The idea is great! To gather representatives of manufacturers from different countries and peoples in one place and give an opportunity in this noisy , bright, sometimes naive place to find partners, join the cuisine, the atmosphere of the countries represented . Super! It is impossible to get around everything in one evening (they open at 16:00 and work until 23:00).
If you arrive by car, I recommend driving past their expensive 120 aed paid parking lots, leave the car at a nearby shopping center and have fun riding an electric bicycle rickshaw to the entrance))
I liked everything. A SEA OF FLOWERS. Very beautiful. It feels like people have put a lot of work and imagination into this project. It's definitely worth visiting this place once.
Everything is cool done in terms of architecture + bomb lighting in the evening. But in fact it is a huge fair with goods (the price tag is too high). The Russian pavilion turned out to be the most abandoned - it was sad to enter it. But the others... African, Qatar, etc. are very atmospheric, just mini bazaars of those countries.
Entrance fee is 20/30 dirhams per day, parking is free
The place is very interesting. But there are a few things that spoiled the experience. First of all, why are the same goods in different pavilions? For example, we buy a bag in the pavilion of country X, where they assure us that this is an exclusive handmade work of the masters of this region. However, then we see this product in almost every other pavilion. And, of course, we feel cheated.
Further. After spending several hours walking around the market, we realized not only that everything is equally Chinese everywhere. It's all just the same. And... the same size!!! ONE SIZE. In particular, I wanted to buy pajamas, a bathrobe, a sweater or a wool suit. Yes, it was not there!!! I went to one place - the size is the same for everyone. It's the same in the other tent. But the most interesting thing is that most sellers DO NOT ALLOW MEASURING products! We are not talking about underwear, but about sweaters and outerwear. As a result, we are extremely disappointed with shopping in this place. The only pavilion with really cool colorful products is Africa. So I recommend visiting, just for fun.
A great place to relax and have fun. Suitable for the whole family, there is an amusement park, a layout of world attractions. There are many themed restaurants. I recommend you to visit
Well, I recommend it, before that we went to the flower park, 1km back and forth, well, so-so. Then we came here, we regretted that we had planned less time. I really liked it if you choose where to spend more time - definitely here, for the flower park 1 hour is the maximum, there is nothing more to do there, but here 👍
It's just a fairy tale city! It 's very beautiful , 😻 taking a picture is the best thing , we recommend it ! I do not consider it necessary to consider the place as a market, you can buy anything you want in the city anyway!
It is a very interesting market, there is something to see and there is something to buy, but you need to bargain with everyone, at first they ask too much. As it is, everything is impressive, especially the scale.
A good park, only autumn-winter-spring works. "Broken down" by country, sometimes the products in the pavilions are repeated. A lot of national food from different countries. In the Russian pavilion there are pies for 10 dirhams) the card for attractions is purchased separately and replenished. There are special devices for accepting plastic bottles (one such stands next to the toilet at the panic room), they are given bonus checks for which you can ride on children's rides for free (you need to find out which ones, it seems only rides for kids). There is a schedule for ofits.a website with shows and performances, in the park itself, a schedule in electronic form next to each stage.
An amusement park where half the world 's expositions and traditional cuisine are located in one space . You can try different food, it's hard to leave hungry))) there are attractions , a stage where artists perform , a lot of walking area . The entrance seems 15-20 dirhams . You will spend the rest of the amount at your discretion 😂
We were with the family several times, we really liked the fair. If you do not pay attention to the perfumes, rags and Chinese glitter jewelry that repeat in each country, then it is quite possible to find something very authentic and special in each pavilion. In the evening, songs and dances of the peoples of the world at different venues, you can sit down to drink tea and coffee, and before that, eat. Of course, the prices are too high, but that's what a tourist place is for. The whole "World Village" is strongly shifted to the east and this has its own charm!
