It was the second time we applied for a visa through this agency. The first time everything went fine. In the second, they did a visa for a cruise with a start in Singapore. The website indicated the purpose (cruise) and all its data. The form on the website did not allow you to choose anything other than a single entry visa. We were not worried, because we all contact an agency that specializes in this.
In general, they issued us a visa, with which we flew to Singapore and tried to board a ship to go on a cruise that we had planned for half a year. They refused to put us in, because a multi-country visa is needed for the cruise. We tried to call the agency, but no one answered the phone number listed in the documents. We found another one on the site, got through and just got rude to us, without even trying to figure out the situation.
As a result, we lost the full cost of the cruise, a lot of nerves and ruined the vacation.
I do not recommend working with this agency, so as not to find yourself in a similar situation.
We applied for a visa in this global. We received a refusal. We turned to another service, they said that girls under 30 are generally 99% rejected if they fly unaccompanied. But no one in the Global said anything about it! They accepted the money and a week later they sent a visa refusal. I really don't recommend it.
