Wonderful elinika! The doctors are very attentive and caring! The children liked it . The points were selected based on your recommendations. Everything is perfect . Thank you for being there.
The clinic is good, the doctors are professionals. We passed the examination and were very satisfied. Special thanks to Siranush Ivanovna!!! I recommend it!!!
For many years, she took her mother to Voskanyan Lilit Albertovna, who was considered the best doctor in this clinic. It is difficult for me to judge her medical qualities, her treatment was mainly limited to operations, some of which were successful, others were not. But the organization of her office was terrible - huge queues in which they spent the whole day, many were introduced earlier than others, questionnaires were lost along with the results of surveys, etc ... It feels like all this hype was deliberately arranged to gain a price, raise the rating. In general, this is not medicine, this is business. I remember with a shudder, such disgust was caused every time I went to this clinic to this doctor ... (((
Very competent doctors are understanding.. those who know the pile, I advise the best clinic, there are disadvantages, but not creatively and improbably
It's a complete mess. There is no clear price list. First of all, you come and it's unclear how to get to the doctor. There are 8 patients in the doctor's office. Then you find out that you need to get a ticket, you get it after standing in a long queue where everyone climbs without waiting in line. Then they start sending you from one doctor to another. Moreover, prices are not called. Then they assign checks that, in my opinion, are not necessary and have nothing to do with your problem. I personally watched as three people were sent to take eye scans to exclude keratoconus. Just like me. Prices are not announced in advance.
Then they say you need to open the patient's card. This is the first time I've ever seen a patient's card being opened for a fee. Opening a card for local 10 thousand drams, for citizens of other countries 15 thousand drams. I have not seen this anywhere in the world and I have not seen such nonsense anywhere in Armenia. Everywhere in the world, opening a patient's card has always been free (it's a few pieces of paper). Then they sent me to take pictures of the eyes to exclude keratoconus, although I generally have a different problem. And with my problem, they sent me to another doctor, who sent me to a third doctor. You run from one floor to another all the time. And you can only pay with a card on the ground floor. You run back and forth like a fool. As a result, in order to get to a doctor's appointment and you were prescribed the necessary drops that will alleviate the condition of the eye (episcleritis), you need to pay 15+16+25 thousand drams. 25 thousand drams is already for the treatment itself, as they said. Treatment means a prescription for drops that you will buy at the pharmacy. Again, this is not counting the cost of medicines. If you count the drugs, the price tag will be even higher. It should be a shame for such a divorce for money. Are you serious? At the current exchange rate, this is 12,500 rubles for an ophthalmologist's appointment, which is organized like a mess here. Even in Moscow there are no such prices. This is not a medical institution, but just a divorce of people for money. Plus, you wait all the time. It just took the ophthalmologist all day. You wait for a doctor, then a nurse or an assistant, then another doctor, you go from office to office... I'm not going there anymore.
nonsense with the recording. I had to call three times to make an appointment, the operator communicated completely without interest. I came for a consultation, I couldn't find an office for a long time, it turned out it was some kind of window in which there was no one, there were huge queues everywhere, it was dark, the place felt unsafe. He left there

A good hospital, I recently took my mother to the eye doctor, good specialists, I am glad that doctors are very attentive to the elderly and you feel that not all people are indifferent.
It's a mess! I called and made an appointment with a pediatric ophthalmologist in room 231. The queue is incredible, people pass without a queue, the nurse rules the process, letting some pass without a queue. I stood for almost an hour, and did not wait for my turn, although I called in advance to arrange an appointment. The entire civilized world has long switched to an electronic queue or a department of paid medical services. Have respect for the patients so that the patients respect you!
Everything is fine, but there is no condition for discussion, no air conditioning, it is not possible to breathe heat, the repair is old. The doctors are good ,
