Good afternoon!
This situation has happened many times and not only for me, I want to inform you that in the department with the index 735140 CF KVD "Post Office" dar viloyati Khatlon, at the address Bokhtar city, Norinov Street, 8, they charge 14 somoni for each parcel.
They explain the illegal collection by saying that it is to the courier who brought the parcel from Dushanbe. But the fact is that the parcel has already been paid for in the city of departure at the post office (i.e. we have already given the money for the shipment).
I consider these actions illegal! If you unreasonably collect another 14s from each parcel, then you can not receive a salary for these people who work in this department. The parcel was ordered to the zip code of this post office and paid in advance, why do we have to pay another 14 in advance? This is lawlessness! Moreover, they charge for each parcel (if 10 small packages, then 14 * 10 = 140 som!!! This needs to stop!)
If this situation repeats, we will have to contact the prosecutor's office.
I ask you to look into these incidents and stop them from happening again!
