Городская почта. Где находится почта банк? Постоянно захожу и пользуюсь. Почтой. Получаю посылки. Вообще всё удобно. Так же буду пользоваться, как обычно.

Выстраиваются большие очереди, люди не выдерживают, уходят из-за долгого ожидания. Не хватает работников, при маленькой зарплате. Раньше было лучше!

Из всей почтовой сети это наихудшее отделение в котором я обслуживалась, если попал в промежуток с 12 часов- ощущение что все вымерло, ни одного сотрудника нет, электронная очередь копится валом, в обеденный перерыв своей работы никогда не успеваешь обслужиться. У них нет понятия что обеденный перерыв поочередный и часть сотрудников должна продолжать обслуживать клиентов. Контроль электронной очереди, а также ожидание клиентов свыше 10 минут у них полностью отсутствует. При чем это изо дня в день, ничего не пытаются и не хотят менять в своей работе. Не рекомендую к обслуживаю данное отделение.
