Unfortunately, it is not possible to put a mark less than one. If there is a branch of Hell on Earth, then this is it. Narrow, stuffy corridors designed for at least twenty times fewer people. The minimum number of seats, which by default are already occupied by "women with pregnant children" and old ladies. The oppressive environment adds to the nervousness of both the maintenance staff and those unfortunate people who had to deal with this organization. It seems that everything possible has been done so that you will never have the slightest thought of going there again in your life.
