It's a terrible place. The prices are too high, there is no order. Mom had to send me a power of attorney, a man of age stood in line. I sent the details of one passport. The passport data was entered incorrectly, not one digit so that it could be assumed that they were mistaken, not one correct digit. Irresponsible employees of this office ruined the trip and had to change the ticket.
