We have been to this hotel for the second time.
Among the advantages: location, close to the sea, funicular, shopping malls, near a store where you can always buy something. There is a public transport stop nearby. You can go to the grand bazaar, which happens on Thursdays, there are branded shops nearby (you can walk), a refrigerator appeared in the rooms (previously it was only on the ground floor at the reception), Wi-Fi on the ground floor (previously you had to pay for it)
Of the cons:
The hotel has become very dilapidated in three years. There seemed to be a TV in the room, but there was no remote control for it, the elevator broke down, the food was monotonous, there was a constant queue for French fries and not everyone got it, rooms are cleaned every day, but the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired. At first there were ants in the rooms, then, after special services were called, they disappeared. There was water only in the dining room and only in the morning, in the evening it was no longer there.
I don't know if we'll go to this hotel again, but this time it was kind of sad.

It was our first time in Turkey. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I write briefly about our impressions below.
What I liked: a cozy room with a comfortable bed, high-quality furniture, air conditioning, friendly staff, a wonderful outdoor pool, high-quality room cleaning.
What I didn't like: the hotel is quite old, the breakfast leaves much to be desired, the refrigerator in the room did not work. Some of them had something broken in the room, and the guests asked for a few days to fix something. They did not allow me to call the insurance company when it was urgently needed (I had to look for a way out of the situation). I didn't like that we asked to clean the room when we left for half a day, but it wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Moreover, the cleaners broke into the room without knocking when we were there. There was no air conditioning at the reception and in the dining room. Wi-Fi was only available in these places.
Despite the shortcomings of the service, there were many positive impressions from staying at the hotel. I recommend it to those who like a budget vacation with minimal necessary conditions.

We had a rest on 08.2024 with two children (3, 6 years old). We had it cleaned almost every day. Room 112 was good, everything worked. The breakfasts are quite simple (bread, puffs, eggs, jams, butter, cereals, milk, fruits, vegetables), but no one went hungry. However, it is possible if you come late to run into the fact that you have eaten something, and this is carried out with a delay. I liked the pool. It may be a little dirty around, but there were always places and few swimmers, the children really liked it. No one was poisoned during the whole vacation. The beach is a 6-minute walk away. The beach is nice, but there are almost always strong waves and I would recommend to have slippers for swimming. I recommend the place. For relatively little money, we had a wonderful rest. The reviews wrote about theft, the guide warned about this at the meeting, so he did not leave money, phones and passports in the room. As a result, everything remained intact.
