I've been doing depilation for almost a year, master Olga does a good job and is quite pleasant as a person.
But the price has recently been unreasonably high, 73 rubles for 10-15 minutes of work (bikini) this is higher than anywhere else.
And everything would be fine if it weren't for the most unpleasant communication with the administrator at the entrance. Very arrogant tone, unnatural "politeness", without a smile. Still, if you're pushing up prices, then we'd like to have the service at the same level.
We, Minsk residents, are spoiled by the service, even for 35p (another salon on Pushkinskaya street), the procedure was excellent and the communication between the staff was sincere, sincere, and pleasant.

How it spoils the impression when you enter the studio, you see a face that is constantly dissatisfied (for a month). A person greets through force. There's water on the table, she doesn't offer it. My opinion is not only mine, but also those of my colleagues who recommended the studio to me.

This is the first time I've written a negative review and given it a low rating.
I signed up at the salon for a full depilation course with master Olga (at Mikhalovo). It was the first time I decided on such a procedure and decided to trust your salon.
After being invited to the office by the master, Olga immediately clarified (I didn't even have time to put things down) how many days had passed since the "last shave". She responded to my response that there would supposedly be little hair (although the hair was suitable for this procedure, since I am a healthy person and my hair grows back as quickly as possible).The master made this conclusion without even looking at me. Apparently, the master has psychic vision and was able to draw such conclusions through her clothes. I didn't argue with this master or prove anything to her.
15 minutes after I left the salon, I already signed up for another salon (fortunately, by a miracle there was a window), and I underwent a complete procedure, the result of which completely satisfied me.
Why this review? I just want to draw the attention of the salon owners to the approach of this master: she actually refused a "ready customer who has already come to your salon," thereby the salon lost money, and the master was in "idle time."In other words, you, as owners, invest in reputation, advertising, your social networks, and customer acquisition in a highly competitive environment. And master Olga takes it like that and, without even looking at the client, zeroes out your contribution to your brainchild — this salon.

The master himself is excellent, and the cancellations of this studio on the record are already boring.

In general, the salon is good, but the administrator is not very attentive, in one day she made a mistake twice in the recording, first she wrote down for sugaring with her hands marked to the elbow, but she had to write to her hands completely, she had to correspond and it was good and good that there was time later, since 15 minutes would not have been enough, then she wrote in the same day at 18.30, although the master told her 18.45 in front of me, and managed to call me with a claim whether I would be by 18.30. At 16.20 when I left the salon after it turned out that the sugaring was not in time, I was upset, I forgot about the payment, but she also forgot, she remembered about it was only in the evening, and I had to double-check through the bank's request whether there was a payment, so kkk doubts crept in with her approach and attentiveness. Therefore, I was extremely dissatisfied with such time management of masters and clients.

I decided to go for a massage in this studio.
At the stage of acquaintance with the types of massage, I was faced with the fact that there was no description of the procedure process. I requested information in Yandex.direct. To which I received a general answer, without describing the process itself.
As a result, I decided to sign up for the "massage mix" procedure.
I also signed up for skin type care - later I replaced it with a facial massage - later my appointment was canceled on the day, they say there was a mistake on their part.
And they offered me a facial massage on the day I signed up for a mix massage.
And then they called it a ritual.
I thought they called a mix massage a ritual, but what difference did it make before I signed up for a mix massage!
As you can see, in this screenshot, I signed up for it. Later it turned out, after the massage, that for some reason I was enrolled in a Balli spa ritual. Which is more expensive. I did not receive a normal response to my claims (offers, concessions)
from the administrator immediately after the procedure.
I also wrote to Yandex.Direct after the procedure - they offered a discount on a mix massage, thank you, but I don't want to go to you for a massage.
There were no more offers.
I don't recommend it.

The ear cartilage puncture was performed in such a way that the next day I had to go to the piercing salon and change the earrings to those used for cartilage and give the same amount as in your salon and correct the puncture itself. It also had to be replaced for the reason that the blood did not stop, the swelling increased and there was a risk of a lump forming on the back of the ear or infection.
If you do not specialize in cartilage punctures, then it is better to agree to this service, you can simply disfigure a person!
I spent not only extra money, but also time and nerves! I am attaching a photo of the puncture a day later, which was made in this salon.
After sending a similar review directly to the salon, I was not even contacted.
