Initially, I went to Karina for a trial massage procedure, then to Tatiana, I liked everything, decided to take a subscription for 10 visits. After three procedures, I signed up for 4 procedures ahead, as it turned out, to the third master. During the procedure, I felt that the master was not doing massage professionally (in some places I did not feel anything at all, in some pain), it is clear that the master has little experience and physical training to perform the procedure. I decided to ask how long she has been doing this, it turned out to be less than a week. After the procedure, I called the administrator and said that I was not satisfied with such a procedure, I have nothing against the master, she is studying, trying, but, it seems to me, when recording I should have been warned that an inexperienced specialist would conduct it. The receptionist apologized and said she would call tomorrow morning, there might be a place for Karina. No one called tomorrow, the day after tomorrow I received a reminder that I had an appointment with a trainee master. I call the administrator again, I say that I don't want to go to this salon anymore, because the nearest appointment to an experienced master is in 10 days at the time I need (when buying a subscription, I warned that I can only in the evenings on weekdays). Naturally, with recommendations to go for a massage 2-3 times a week, this does not suit me. They tell me that the manager will contact me today. As a result, no one called back, another administrator calls a day later, apologizes again and says that the administrator from Zhodino will call me tomorrow. By tradition, no one calls me tomorrow :) And a day later, the administrator from Zhodino calls me and says that they can refund me, but the cost will be recalculated, i.e. the 3 procedures that I performed will be considered more expensive as one-time ones. I ask for the contact of the head, he dials me, I tell him once again the whole chronology of events, to which I receive an answer: the quote "You idealize", expecting that you will really get a call back tomorrow if they say so. Well, as if without comments :) Well, as an addition, the management cannot agree that the entrance to the building where the salon is located should not be locked with a key. I stood at the closed front door a couple of times, came back after the procedure again to open the door and let me out) For 400 rubles service in 👍 want to waste money, time and nerves, welcome to the studio Smoothly. I put a two, not a one, only for really good masters Karina and Tatiana.
