The choice for this salon was made due to the fact that it was located across the street from the hotel where I stayed on official business. The entourage of the hotel is really pleasant, but the attitude of the masters to the customers is disgusting, I have not seen this in the beauty industry. She asked for a foam styling, the master ignored her, it was not possible to make a remark, since she put headphones in her ears. The pedicure master, for some unknown reason, left the little finger without painting, just took off the varnish and that's it. The photo is attached. I noticed this moment only when I returned to the hotel in the evening. When visiting the salon, I signed up for a manicure beforehand, arrived at the appointed time, the master simply canceled the recording without warning in advance, referring to the fact that she did not find my account in the telegram, although she made a screenshot with me. Some kind of irresponsible behavior of the masters. I ask the management of this salon to pay attention to the performance of the services of your staff. In my opinion, such behavior is simply not acceptable! I do not recommend visiting this salon! 👎
