And upon arrival, it turns out that my part is missing. How it happened, the staff did not bother to explain. Don't go there anymore. Sorry for the time and money spent.

I arrived, the accounting department sent me to the director, called, the director said he would call back, sat near the office in the car for 1 hour, they never called back, dialed the manager, he said look elsewhere, they are very busy. I drove 100 km around and lost half a day of time. They can afford to lose a regular customer.
