It's a great store, one of the best in the city. Sterile cleanliness, a huge selection of products. The most convenient location and work schedule, there are always a sufficient number of cash desks, there are practically no queues. The prices are slightly higher than in other places, but this is offset by all of the above advantages!

Hippo was surprised by the low quality of service!!! I came to choose red caviar in a high-class market, went to the window and began to examine it. There is no product layout, cans of caviar are in disarray, to see the price, you have to bend over or sit down and it is unknown which price tag corresponds to which product. Inexpensive caviar is laid out in disorder on the first line, the rest of the assortment is tightly sealed in plastic cloudy containers and is also randomly presented throughout the showcase. Cans of caviar of different names are placed in one container, it is not visible to read, it is impossible to open the container. I turned to the seller next to me, she said that she was not a seller. I found the seller on the other side, it turned out she didn't know anything and couldn't read what was written on the jar in the container. I walked around the store, came back, found another seller, but she couldn't help either, replied that everything was made of frozen caviar, the containers didn't open and there was nothing good here at all. As a result, it is impossible to choose caviar, it was sealed in containers, because they steal, there is no competent seller, the head of the department tried to call, they did not call. Such a chic store seemed to collapse in the eyes of the quality of service and the blockage of the product from theft)) it's funny! Recommendation to the management: visit the Corona Castle market on ave. Winners and accept the experience of high-quality sales of caviar in cans, an excellent showcase behind clean glass, a price tag with a description on each product in front of your eyes, a high-class seller who knows his product! So I bought a jar of trout caviar from them with great pleasure!

I wanted to leave my bag so I wouldn't have to carry it around the store. I'm standing in line for a cell. The manager comes, and, sorry, like at a bazaar, he starts to disperse people, saying there is no wardrobe here.... A man passed in front of me with a package, to whom the manager kindly offered a cell. To my objections, she replied that the young man had a bag of groceries, and I could put my bag in the cart. Please note, the cart is designed for a large number of products, I do not know how to carry it around the store, since the store itself has offered me cells. My bag also contained groceries, just like the man's. Disgusting and tactless behavior of the sales floor manager.

The supermarket is located in the Gallery shopping center. The choice of products is quite large, there are pastries and much more, in general you will not leave empty. Despite the fact that there are quite a lot of people, there are no queues and crowds at the ticket offices, and you can safely approach the shelves with food. The Hilton Hotel is in the same building, the Na Zamkovaya Hotel is nearby, and other hotels are also nearby. So for those who have settled in these hotels, everything is nearby and very convenient. I don't know if the Hilton guests need it. There are parking lots nearby, but they seem to be paid, I won't say for sure, since we lived in a hotel with their parking, but I saw signs about paid parking. In general, it is convenient for those who live nearby in hotels. The choice of products is quite large, the prices are reasonable, the proximity to hotels and historical sites does not affect in any way. I recommend.

But, there are self-service cash desks where you can pay with bank cards, which, unfortunately, sometimes fail! Especially at night. And then there are queues at regular ticket offices to the counters!!! The issue is not being resolved promptly. So train any employee in cash operations just in case! Also, complaints about the assortment! I wanted to buy ready-made beetroot for the refrigerator, there was no Belarusian production, although I had it before. After the history of botulism in beans in large Russian cities, there is no desire to buy such products. Trust has been undermined. We have stricter rules!

Good afternoon. We ordered delivery via Yandex. Usually, products are delivered to us from another point, but this time, for some reason, Yandex decided to send delivery to this address. During the assembly of the order, one item was removed, while no one called and warned that it would not be there, although at other points they always call and offer to replace it with analogues. Okay, they cleaned it up and put it away, you can put up with it, especially since it's not the most important product. But now the weekend is coming. On weekends, in the morning we usually eat a vegetable mixture and find that there is no mixture. No one could eat it during the working week, which means it was simply not put in, but included in the receipt. It is very interesting, of course, to pay for air. Yandex support is not responding. I ask you to look at the cameras for 28.08 from 17 to 20 p.m., make sure that this product was not reported to us and refund 5.37rubles in any way.
If everything is resolved, I will delete or rewrite the review.

Two salads bought at a local cookery on 12/12/2024 had to be thrown away: one is totally spoiled, with the smell and taste of rotten herring (despite the fact that there is no herring in the composition), the second is half fresh, half of unknown origin and taste. Smoked fish does not taste like fish, in consistency it is ultra-processed minced meat (despite the fact that it is a carcass). Never set foot here

Probably my favorite supermarket in Minsk. We have lived in hotels nearby several times and every time (every day) visiting this particular store causes some genuine delight. A large assortment of almost all product groups, own ready-made products: salads, meat, confectionery, etc. It is always clean and cozy. The opening hours are well after midnight.
Such a mini-Belarus in one store: beautiful, varied and delicious!
Thank you to the staff for making the stay of Minsk guests even more intense!

I really liked it, we often buy it. 07/21/23 we were walking in the evening with a young man near the Gallery and decided to go in and buy our favorite croissants for breakfast + a flatbread with spinach to have a snack. What was our disappointment when everything we bought tasted like chlorine, we were very upset, and our breakfast was spoiled, although it was not the first time we took it from this store.
