A spacious supermarket. All product groups are available. Both food and non-food products. The only thing I didn't really like was the relatively small area compared to other stores in this chain.
The store was clean and tidy, vegetables and fruits looked acceptable at the time of the visit.
Not far from the store itself there is a parking lot for cars and a regular parking lot. There are also places for animals near the store where you can leave them to go shopping.
Aesthetically, the building looks beautiful from the outside, fits into the flavor of the area.
There is a parking place for scooters and bicycles.

The store is generally good, the assortment has all the basic necessary products and everything is always clean and beautiful, BUT
Firstly, since spring there have been constant problems with the availability of goods. I noticed this during the May holidays and thought, OK, people shop for the weekend, although it's strange that you couldn't order more knowing that demand is increasing. The May holidays are long gone, but the problems remain. No bread, no vegetables, no meat. It's okay if these are isolated cases, but it's always like this, there's always something wrong.
Secondly, have some kind of conversation with the cashiers, I am very tired of seeing these angry faces every time and tolerating boorish attitude towards myself. Throwing money, lack of banal politeness. Today, in front of me, the cashier rudely told the buyer that he should take the package himself, although the packages hang literally half a meter from the cashier, and there have never been problems before to ask for this unfortunate package.

In general, a good store is within walking distance, I was not lucky enough to visit it on the day of delivery, in general, a very cozy atmosphere and very pleasant sellers and cashiers. For me, the downside was that there were no scales for vegetables, firstly, I understand kilograms terribly poorly, although maybe I just didn't find them and didn't see them. Thanks separately for the cashier's work, the woman waited patiently and with a smile until I found the right amount, spread out the money at the cash register showing me which bills I gave, then read and counted the change with me one more time. But I decided to write a review for another reason. Please glue your price tags correctly!! Not everything is easy to break through at the self-service checkout, this is one time. Second: This meat is sold in a baking sleeve and there should be no stickers on it in the oven! But your (HIPPO) paper sticker just doesn't peel off at all and then burns in the oven. But the Brest meat processing plant leaves a special place for shops on the label, which is perfectly removable!

A good store in terms of the range of products, but there is one fat minus - the store clearly does not have enough people. And this is entirely the fault of the leaders. If people do not want to go to work here, add travel expenses to the social package or make a higher salary. It's not normal when one person works for the entire perish! It's not normal when there is a cart loaded with milk and blocking the passage, and the seller is trying to serve customers in the meat department and sausage, running back and forth. I'm not even talking about sanitary standards anymore. Of course, I understand that this is very convenient for the head-she sees how things are and stupidly leaves the hall, and the seller listens to the negative from people with a burning ass, serving several departments at once, and as a result remains guilty and in a bad mood. Few people understand that it's not the sellers who are to blame, but the managers, and as a result they complain about slow service and queues, although the reason is different. It's a pity sometimes to look at our bees. The hall administrator does not look at the availability of price tags and their correctness. On one shelf there is a chocolate bar at a discount, on another shelf with an old price tag without a discount, the barcode is the same. Or (more often than not) there may not be a price tag at all. In general, there are no questions for cashiers, security guards and sellers.

To Hippo, I have another question: why are there a maximum of 2 ticket offices open in the evenings, especially during rush hour from 6 to 8? At the same time, the queues end somewhere in the area of the meat department. Is it really so difficult to open additional cash desks and unload the customer flow? CSR also did not save the situation much, the same queues. People stand in line for 15 minutes, it's useless to take ice cream here, it's just growing, when the queue reaches you, as it was with us several times. Further along the assortment: by the evening, almost everything is swept away, and when you go home from work, there is not much to buy. There is no cottage cheese, there are also at least two types of bread. I'm not talking about vegetables and fruits at all, it's a complete sadness. Everything is sluggish, somewhere with mold, rotten. And just at bad prices. There were no potatoes in the store recently. POTATOES! Please take into account the opinion of the buyers. Because lately we are increasingly choosing other stores for shopping.

What is the reason for this service?

P.s. we bought sushi without looking at the expiration date. And sushi has been rocking in the store for 3 days. The rice is already dry. Although, of course, the shelf life of sushi on the package is 4 days. 16p to the wind
