Sellers in the hall do not know how to communicate (I want to note that in order to find out if the product exists, I searched for the seller for 10 minutes. And after I found out that the consultant has no idea about the existence of this product in principle), they also have no idea what is on the shelves of their store.
The products are not in the departments. I searched for sesame seeds for half an hour. Arugula, apparently, is in short supply. On January 6, the day before the holiday, half of the staff at the checkout is working. There is a queue for half a store. 👎
I don't like this store for its low-quality products with almost expired shelf life and violations of storage conditions. Today, 02/15/12, I observed the following picture: boiled beetroot packaged in frozen form, it is written on the package to store from + 2, the same situation in the meat department, trays with petrukha frozen everything, about two weeks ago. Why is the administration not responding to this in any way? Another situation, a layered croissant with condensed milk feels like a potato, although this department said that it was baked recently, I think it's not difficult for people to understand whether the product is fresh or at least yesterday's repackaged. I would recommend that customers familiarize themselves with the expiration dates and storage conditions of the goods. Cashiers are rude (not all of them, but there are).
