The HyperZoo online store gives you the opportunity to buy products for animals at the most affordable prices compared to others. I used to buy at other sites, now I almost always buy from them. This is one of the pick-up shops (when it's a day off and you live outside the city, then this is the way out if you want to order through an online store). I was waiting for an order more than promised, I picked it up in a hurry, as I was leaving the city. As a result, it turned out that they gave out the wrong type of food that I ordered - they needed it in sauce, they gave it in jelly (which the cat does not eat at all). Bought, if anything, 3 boxes of 12 spiders. I saw the error, called and it started:
- support says the store is to blame
- the store says that everything is clear and that they are not interested in what is in the online store.
- support says again that the store is to blame. He promises to sort it out and call back in 20 minutes.
20 minutes have already stretched over 2 days.
In general, I will not order anymore and I do not recommend it to others. And if you do order, be sure to check the completeness of the product, then it will be too late
