When we were going to the Seychelles, many people told us that there were no products there, everything was very expensive, and nothing could be bought. Bring food from home. It's a good thing I didn't get lucky.
Except for a bag of buckwheat.
1. The store has everything, the meat is mostly frozen.
2. Dairy products from France. Good yogurts cost 120 rupees for 6 pcs. The cheeses are different, the parmesan is 100 rupees. Milk 20-30 rupees.
3. Vegetables are almost like ours, I was even able to cook borscht 😁
4. Frozen fish, it is better to buy from fishermen. But you can do it here, everything is there. Beef, mutton, chicken, pork - everything is there.
5. Tea, biscuits, pasta, rice, oatmeal, lentils.
Overall, the store looks like a small Auchan. There is also a good pharmacy where they can help you choose a medicine based on your symptoms.
Such a cart cost in 2017 rupees (14034 rubles), these products were enough for us for about 10 days, we even left something. We bought a lot of frosts.
There is another store nearby, which has a huge amount of European goods. You can buy absolutely everything in it) Fresh strawberries, Starbucks coffee, truffles, cheeses, pizza, alcohol (as I was told, this is the store where the island's five-star hotels are purchased)

So-so supermarket. First of all, what upset me is that there is no assortment. We went here for beer, it turned out that only local beer was here, which can be bought everywhere in stores. As a result, we returned to Bo Vallon, went to the Indians and bought a normal Mauritian beer. The second thing that upset me was the whole racks of Ukrainian sunflower oil. It is not entirely clear why, because until recently there was our Golden Seed. For this, of course, the score is two points

There's nothing to compare it with, it's probably the only big supermarket here on the island.
Don't count on a choice like ours, but everyone is more than in other stores here.
With milk, of course, trouble is everywhere.
4 stars just for the fact that there are no alternatives, he is the only one in fact.
We charge here immediately upon arrival, we take fish fillets for steaks, cereals, chicken, butter, etc., for 2 weeks in advance.. We take the rest locally in small shops.
By the way, a lot of things are more expensive here by a few rupees than in local stores.
