I am writing to you with a complaint in connection with the negative experience that I experienced today in your cafe. When I visited your place, I ordered ice cream, but I found a hair in it.
When I approached the manager and asked to replace the ice cream, he refused to grant my request. This situation caused me a feeling of disappointment and trouble. I expected you to provide quality service and pay attention to customer needs.
I believe that such behavior on the part of the manager is unacceptable and does not meet the standards of service. In such cases, the client should be heard and adequate solutions should be offered to him to solve the problem that has arisen.
I ask you to take measures to address this situation and take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. I would be grateful if you would contact me to discuss this issue and provide a satisfactory solution.
