Terrible staff and no interaction between branches! Yesterday we went out with the children from the playground of the shopping center “Mega Planets”, decided to eat waffles and went to Giotto at 22:25. They didn't let us in because they were closing soon, and advised us to visit the Seoul Moon branch, as it is open until 01:00. Since the children were already waiting for waffles, we decided to go there. Six small and two adult children, with a stroller; it started to rain, it was cool. When we arrived at Seoul Moon, we were met by a man at the entrance and informed that they were closed and had not been open for a long time until 01:00. Then another employee said that they were really working until one o'clock, but today they had an inventory. We explained that we had not been warned that they were not working, and asked to give at least ice cream to calm the children. To this, it seems, the manager replied that they could give it to us, but we would have to eat outside! Outside! In this weather, with children! Although there were still visitors in the hall.
The result! Screaming children and a spoiled mood! The opinion of the institution has completely deteriorated! We don't advise anyone else to do anything else!
