My brother and I studied here. The gymnasium is improving every year and it is admirable. The director is very sensitive to the institution and to his subordinates/students. Comparing it with the same lyceum that I entered after this gymnasium, I understand that Gymnasium 37 is probably the best educational institution in Minsk.
However, there is a moment when it is impossible to provide psychological assistance to students. This is a very depressing factor.

A wonderful gymnasium, clean, tidy, modernly equipped and stylish (special thanks for the dress code). Organized and well-coordinated work in everything, down to the smallest detail. Qualified teaching staff. Teachers are attentive and responsive to their students. Electives and clubs, participation in competitions and Olympiads for every taste. They try to find an individual approach to the students. Children are interested in learning, and teachers are interested in the success of their students and excellent results of their work. There are simply no people who are indifferent to their business. Many thanks for the organization of the work to Director I.V. Danenkova. The gymnasium building is nothing, but the teachers are terrible. They don't care about the kids. They read their program and quietly go home. They want to go on vacation among the quarters, they give quarter grades in 2-3 weeks, although a replacement may come and the child will improve the grade, children are not even offered and are not given a fix. They want to yell at children (you are teachers!!!!!). But the PO is unhappy. I would select teachers by competition, conduct tests every year for suitability. I am very unhappy and more and more every year.

In fact, because of the brutality of the guards, most of this time you will have to learn prison regulations and other nasty things. From time to time, you will have to throw in the general store to buy garbage for ballands, curtains, notebooks, and so on. I do not recommend it.

I read the reviews and decided to write my own. Most of the reviews are from students and their parents who are offended for some reason. And I like everything! And the teachers, and the food in the dining room (according to the child), and the order in the gymnasium. There are students in the class who study poorly (and not because of the teachers, as some write here, but because of their own laziness), there are also those who are excellent nerds. My daughter likes to study (especially Roslik, the Russian teacher, likes it), but I am satisfied with this state of affairs! Have a nice day, everyone!

He has been like this since the school opened, and nothing has changed in 16 years. The same can be said about a children's playground made of high-quality cast iron in the sand. But there are plenty of funds for endless, unnecessary design repairs of offices and corridors. Frills, plastics, glasses and flowers change with enviable constancy, and obviously, they should greatly influence the learning process.
Apparently, this is the position of the head of this institution. Fake props, dust in the eyes and show-off, and behind the school there is a "barnyard" on which, not like children, you will not let the dog out for a walk. Such is the "Soviet" philistinism within the framework of one educational institution - we will not spare money for Bohemian chandeliers and silverware, but we cannot restore order in all rooms.
Teaching staff is the dream of any feminist organization. 3 men for 75 people. It is clear that education is difficult for men everywhere, but there is some special atmosphere in this institution, laid down at the opening. Understanding this fact is necessary to understand the logic of behavior and administration and pedocollective. She is simple, as in the joke - feminine. That says it all. Everything depends not on sustained consistent planning and goal setting, but on the cycles of the Moon.))
At the same time, this is not the worst thing about Sukharevo. But not the best either. Of all the schools /gymnasiums, the smallest.
Which, in theory, should be a big plus, but not fate.
There are disadvantages, there are few of them, but they cover all the real (not fake) advantages and achievements of the teaching staff.
