I have been studying at this educational institution since the first grade – all nine years. And now, on the threshold of graduation, I can only say one thing: I sincerely regret what a once strong gymnasium has become.
During my studies, three directors have changed here: Kabakevich (I'm sorry if I'm mistaken in my last name – I didn't study with her, but I only know about her from the words of my older brother), Ilyina and Sharapov.
Once this gymnasium occupied a leading position in Minsk and was famous for its strong teaching staff. Kabakevich, judging by the stories, was an outstanding director – it was under her that the school reached a high level. Ilyina managed to keep the bar high: she is a smart, diplomatic leader who knows how to find an approach to both students and teachers.
But, unfortunately, Alexey Sharapov came after two strong directors. And from that moment on, a rapid decline began. He immediately fired several teachers, including a labor teacher. Sharapov found his replacement among his friends, but he lasted only a couple of months, and in the 2024/25 academic year, the gymnasium was left without a teacher of labor for boys.
Now the atmosphere here has become frankly toxic. Teachers are constantly on edge, many do not hide their irritation and do not know how to work with children at all. It's better not to mention some of them at all – the level of unprofessionalism is off the charts. Insults against students, humiliation and underestimation of grades are no longer an exception, but a system.
The administration is also not very friendly. The head teacher of educational work (I will not mention his name) behaves more like an investigator during an interrogation than as a teacher. Every conversation with her is a test of strength.
I've spent nine years of my life here. These walls are dear to me, but, as they say, "it's not a place that makes a person beautiful, but a person makes a place," And now I realize with sadness that I can no longer stay here. I've reached the limit of my patience.
Advice to those who have read to the end: if you have the opportunity, run away from here. They haven't ruined the certificate yet, they haven't broken the psyche of themselves or their child. If you choose a school, pay attention to other institutions. And once again, I'm writing this with tears in my eyes, I'm truly sorry for what happened. Goodbye gymnasium!

Good repair, the Director does not know such a word as communication. Perslonal is in some kind of fear. I had an appointment alone, and I came with a child. The janitor did not want to let me through with the child, saying, "I will be fired from work if I miss you, I have one appointment, and go alone." Nevertheless, she let me through, insisted. Then, in the reception area, the secretary made a remark about why you and the child went to the director himself, to be honest, I'm a little shocked. We decided that we shouldn't go to a school where the principal doesn't know how or doesn't want to talk, and where the staff (the staff we talked to) is just afraid, afraid of everything. What level can we talk about? I don't even want to think about how the problems of students and parents are solved here, and they always have the right to be, this is normal.
