When the basket came in handy, they brought us this basket, which had been filled with other guests' belongings – naturally, we refused it.

The waiters are polite, but it is necessary to have Uzbek-speakers in your company, otherwise misunderstandings arose. In the kitchen: The salad from the chef was excellent, I also liked the hot dishes. The prices are above average, which surprised us, because we did not notice any special taste or presentation.
The most striking thing was that a DJ came, turned on euromusic, causing a desire to dance, there is a dance floor.Since this is our first time in this institution, we asked the girl from the staff, is it possible to dance here? Answer: of course, but only after all the men have dispersed.

It is not clear where such a high rating here and good reviews from this institution come from. After the visit, I looked at more reviews on Google maps - that's where it looks more like the truth - 3.7.
We came to lunch, the main hall was bright and beautiful, it was empty, the neighboring bright hall was also without visitors. As if everything was booked, but we saw that there was a reservation on the tables at 18:30, there were still more than three hours left before the reservation.
And the hostess put us in a dark, smelly smoking room and just as empty. And there, at a temperature of + 20 outside, the air conditioner was working for heat for some reason. The request to transfer to another hall was ignored. Customer focus is on top. Apparently, only locals are put in the main hall, since at the exit from this smoky dungeon they saw that visitors were still put in the bright hall.
There is a broken faucet in the toilet, as if there are two women there on a regular basis, maintaining cleanliness, but this is also a problem.
According to the food, I did not like the flatbread, and the shish kebab too. The vegetable kebab was undercooked, the unleavened chicken, beef and lamb chunks were cold. Tea in a teapot is packaged Ahmad.
There are really establishments with the same price or lower, but much tastier and with better service. The service fee is 15%, by the way.

The worst place I've ever been to. Absolute disappointment with the work of the staff - they could not land for a long time, they messed up with the order, the waiters are absolutely incompetent. They loaded it onto an expensive dish, had to take it with them, because they said it was almost ready...cooked as a result in 2 hours. I had to take it with me so as not to arrange a "debriefing" during the festive event. The most interesting thing is that when I came home, there were bare ribs (0.5 kg) in the box, instead of expensive meat fillets (1.5 kg)
Shame!!!!
The establishment does not even deserve the title of a roadside eatery. IMHO

Of course, new waiters sometimes slow down, but this critical one is not displayed on the rating. The only disadvantage is the menu that was divided. To order at home, you are provided with a different menu and inside the establishment is generally different. If you ask for a set from the home order menu, then you will be politely refused and you will have to order everything separately. By the way, they can't cook shish kebab from chicken parts.
