Подошли купить два бейджика, видим, девушка занята упаковывает подарок человеку, ждём 10 минут из вежливости, чтобы закончила, но она начинает доставать второй для упаковки. Мы спросили: "можете нас обслужить, пожалуйста", она говорит: "не видите, я занята?" грубым тоном. Мы спросили, нам что, ещё полчаса ждать? Она говорит - да. Ну мы и ушли, просим разобраться с этой девушкой и научить обращаться с клиентами правильно: нам нужно было всего лишь приложить карту (5 секунд ее внимания). Спасибо.
