He enthusiastically told me about every dish on the menu, ranging from classic shawarma to original author's recipes. I chose a signature shawarma, and it was something incredible! The meat was the most tender, seasoned with fragrant spices, and the vegetables were fresh and crispy. The sauce added spice, making every bite unforgettable. But the most memorable moment was the communication with the owner. He shared stories about his life, how he discovered this shawarma shop, and his plans for the future. His passion for his work was contagious.
