But now something incredible is happening with this company... A few days ago, I once again ordered a transfer to the group from them, the transfer was confirmed, the payment was successfully completed, and this is far from a small amount, 20,000 rubles, after a while the driver unsubscribed to me that he would not take us and made a cancellation. The Gettransfer offered to make an additional payment 2 times more than the original price, an additional payment to the original amount, well, as if the final amount would end up 3 times more. Naturally, these conditions did not suit us. As a result, the service has not been rendered, the Gettransfer does not remove the tube, and does not return the money. Well, it's good that the driver warned us in advance, but what would we do at the airport in a foreign country without communication with suitcases and with so many people?
In general, as it became clear, the point is that the Gettransfer sets one price, the customer pays, then they report that they cannot fulfill the order for this cost and significantly increase it, forcing them to pay.If the client does not agree to the surcharge, they do not refund the money, but at best they will transfer it to the account balance for further use, BUT: who will then take such a risk and order a transfer from them again so as not to be met???
It is impossible to reach them at all, it is unrealistic to solve the issues, negative reviews about themselves in VK are promptly wiped! I do not advise contacting Gettransfer in order to avoid losing time, money and health! And all my many tourists, who have always been advised only by this company, are now actively weaning them off! Unfortunately, good things come to an end sometime.…
I will give advice to those who still fell for the bait of this unscrupulous company - try to quickly challenge the operation in your bank, you will have a chance to get your money back, as I did!
