A great hotel with a perfect location! The prices here are quite reasonable, even budgetary for such a high-quality institution. I was with friends, and everyone was very happy with their stay.

A good location of the hotel is in Staraya Gagra, in the main tourist center of Abkhazia. The rooms are clean and cozy, the service is excellent, delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The prices are very reasonable. The beach is close, clean and sparsely populated, the water is amazing. We love Abkhazia! We visited several interesting excursions, bought up and got a lot of money. We spent a wonderful vacation at this hotel with our family and were delighted with the proximity of the sea. Our room had a magnificent view, especially in the evening when the sun sets. The children were happy — they played on the beach every day, built sand castles and swam a lot. A nice clean hotel with normal bed linen and comfortable sleeping places. The rooms are spacious - the room has everything for a comfortable stay. The food is simple, fresh, good breakfasts and dinners. If you are just planning a beach holiday in Gagra, we recommend it. The sea is 100 meters away and everything is nearby, starting with fruit tents and ending with shops of resort goods. A modest hotel on the central street of the city, so it's better to choose rooms with a view of the mountain - it's not so noisy. Clear. The room has an old air conditioner, refrigerator and TV. The price of my tour included breakfasts and dinners. The portions are very small, coffee is only in bags with cream and it is not always available, there was no juice either - I ate in a cafe nearby. There are water coolers on each floor, and you can take a towel to the beach at the reception desk. The sea is nearby, but it is better to walk to the right, as a fetid river flows nearby.

We decided to visit Gagra for a New one. We would like to thank you for creating such a cozy hotel. The room has comfortable furniture, beds with orthopedic mattresses, TV, hairdryer - everything is there. The bathroom is clean. The kitchen is decent. The receptionist is polite. A good inexpensive hotel near the sea. The rooms are clean, the receptionist is a very nice young man. Opposite there are two excellent city cafes, a bakery, a minibus stop. Gagra Park and Gagripsh Restaurant are just a 20-minute walk along the embankment. We liked it. We recommend you to visit.

We came for a week to go fishing with the company. We stayed in Guernica in a 4-bed room in the attic. The prices are budget. Fish were caught from the pier next to the park in Staraya Gagra. Horse mackerel and sargan went well. They fried it for Sukhumi beer. Guys, this is a fairy tale.

The hotel was recommended to us by friends (they themselves stayed there several times).
We were met at the reception by a pleasant young man who quickly arranged everything and we checked into the room. The room is quite spacious (we are 5 people: two adults and three children), with a sea view from the window.
I would like to mention the nutrition separately. My children don't want to eat everywhere, but the food at the hotel was delicious and varied, so there were no problems with food)

We had a rest at the end of August with our family at the Guernica hotel via Gagra tour. Two stars for the location of the hotel and clean linen. Upon arrival, we were accommodated by rooms and we went to a welcome dinner with Abkhazian hospitality: for dinner we were given rice (just boiled rice without sauce or gravy), fish was attached to the rice (trout is the same dry), two pieces of flaccid cream tomatoes and two equally flaccid pieces of cucumber, a bottle of sparkling Golden Abkhazian (the composition of this work impresses with the ingenuity of the manufacturer). The cost of a bottle on the Internet is 160 rubles. Now about the room: The rooms are cleaned daily, but on the dump, the floor was wiped and the garbage was taken out. The shower curtain is all greasy, there is no toilet paper holder, there are no cups in the room, although there is a kettle, the handle falls off on the bedside table, the wardrobe (not only in our room) opens with such a sound that all the surrounding dogs howled. There is no outlet near the table on which the kettle is, it is behind the bedside table 20 cm from the floor level. I wanted to sleep with the window open, but it was not possible because condensate was dripping from the upper air conditioner to the lower one, which is very unpleasant annoying. Let's go back to the dining room, porridge for breakfast (delicious), a small piece of cheese and sausage (I give more to the dog for treats), Breakfasts are the same every day. Packaged tea and coffee 3in1. They gave me thin soup for dinner, after that most of it, including us, stopped having dinner there. We will never serve fruit, and this is where in Abkhazia. I remembered:!!!!The cherry on the cake for the dining room: there are oranges in a vase on the bedside table at the entrance to the dining room, but no one takes them, why? Yes, because they are plastic! I do not advise you to go to this hotel, the owner does not care about his guests.
I want to express my deep gratitude to the guide Kristina, she smoothed out all these troubles with her excursions.

My family and I decided to spend the May holidays at this hotel and were delighted. The room turned out to be very cozy and clean, even the children liked it. The beach is just a couple of minutes away on foot, which was a real salvation — the children could run and swim as much as they wanted.
