THE SAUNA IS LARGE, THERE IS A RELAXATION ROOM, A WARM POOL, SEVERAL SHOWERS, A TV IS PRESENT.
BUT WHAT'S BAD IS THAT YOU CAN'T USE A BROOM IN THE STEAM ROOM (AND WHAT KIND OF BATH WITHOUT A BROOM ?) AND YOU CAN'T POUR WATER ON WALLS AND STONES TO RAISE THE TEMPERATURE, SINCE ELECTRIC SHADES ARE THERE.
AND WHAT IS THE MOST TERRIBLE THING IS THE CLEANING LADY. RUDE, ETERNALLY DISSATISFIED AND NATIONALIST.
WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SAUNA AGAIN IN OUR LIVES.

We spent the night in a 2-bed room. 3 nights.
Everything was fine, the room is warm, there is hot water, there is TV, clean, the mattress is of course slightly sagged, but this is not critical.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I think it's great for this money. The location was chosen closer to work!
There is an oriental cuisine nearby, we went in once, ordered Korean soup with seafood and salads, but eventually ate enough seaweed and left, the previous time we went to the fore post pub, also located 200-300 meters from the hotel, we wanted to drink beer, but I couldn't even finish it, I haven't tried worse beer yet. Tom Yam was also ordered there, but I wasn't surprised, he also had nothing to talk about.
There is a restaurant in the hotel itself, the cuisine is a little better there, but the price tag is much higher.
We ordered an escalope- it was a lean piece of dry meat. In general, everything is nearby. There is a brazier not far away, you can eat there normally. The liver shish kebab is very good, but the lamb was a little harsh. But our local friend liked it very much, but we are still from the south from Almaty, and we have something to compare it with. In general, as the cuisine in Karaganda was worse than in Almaty, it remained so. It has become much better for us over the past 25 years. But it also became much tastier in Almaty. Something like this. But maybe we were just unlucky.
And by the way... do not try to order sushi in the Karaganda branch of Banzai, you will be very disappointed.

A good bathhouse. There is a large swimming pool, you can swim at your own pleasure. Spacious and comfortable lounge. The surrounding area is interestingly decorated . The landscape designer did his best. A good place to relax with a company or family.

There are kind, polite receptionists at the reception, very sympathetic and smiling. The room is not large, but clean, everything is working properly, the cafe is used only for breakfast, a choice of porridge, scrambled eggs with vegetables and sausage and pastries! You can choose everything together-it's called a full breakfast! There is a restaurant on site from which food can be ordered in the room! I was surprised by the variety of dishes, delicious cuisine and the full availability of everything on the menu. This is despite the fact that there are not many guests in the hotel. There are 28 rooms in total. Very calm and homely! Everything is great, I liked it!

I liked the territory of the complex: clean, green, calm. There is a summer cafe, they cook delicious.
The hotel itself is clean, freshly renovated.
The single room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, mattress on the bed is not crushed. I didn't like the shower cabin in the bathroom, it was small and cramped.
For breakfast, porridge, scrambled eggs with sausage and vegetables, tea (coffee) and pastries.

The hotel is good, I can only compare it with Russian hotels. The rooms are neat, with air conditioning, only the remote control must be taken at the reception upon check-in. Shower stall, soap and shampoo. A standard set, in general. There are breakfasts, porridge + scrambled eggs + tea/coffee. Quiet rooms. Nearby there are tennis and boxing complexes, Victory Park and a wonderful Catholic cathedral, a mosque. In general, I had to spend 5 hours before departure, I spent them there wonderfully! There is a place nearby where you can have a delicious meal - the "Brazier".
