We were in September. We booked a room in less than a day. Upon arrival, the owner met us, explained everything and showed us. There were no guests that day, which we were incredibly glad about) the house was completely at our disposal..We spent a wonderful evening on the veranda. Everything is provided for the convenience and comfort of guests. To be honest, this is the first time I have met such a service in Belarus..cleanliness and order-everything is perfect!! Friendly hosts. I really liked it! If we are in Nesvizh, we will return only here. Thanks to the hosts for the comfort and creation of such a wonderful mini-hotel

A great place. A huge house with several rooms. Ground floor: kitchen with all utensils, tea, sweets and refrigerator.
There is also a huge dining room with a huge TV, which was immediately occupied by my son, because the Internet is connected to it.
Directly from the dining room there is access to the terrace and to the garden with a barbecue area and a P.R.
There is a closed Parking lot.
Absolutely everything has been thought out!!!!
The rooms are very well renovated and have everything you need!
A wonderful receptionist who met us and showed us everything.
And we are also very lucky! We were the only guests and all this beauty was for personal use!!

I booked the hotel in advance for a day and did not expect so many surprises. Since I was traveling by bus with children, and the bus arrived at 13.00 in the afternoon, and check-in at 15.00, I asked the owner in advance to come leave a small suitcase, they allowed us on the phone, but in fact, when we arrived, we were met by an extremely dissatisfied owner, with exclamations that check-in after 15.00, although it says 14.00 on the websites. As a result, after a walk, we checked in only after 16.00. They asked for slippers, but no one gave them to us. Since we had a child under 5 years old, they gave him a discount of 20 rubles, but when they began to lay sofas in the evening, one sheet was missing, when asking the owner to give another sheet, they were refused, they say you are no longer allowed, as a result, the child slept on towels. How many times we travel both in Russia and Belarus, we see this for the first time, they always give us what we need, but here we regretted the sheets for the child. In the morning at 11.00, leaving for a walk, we handed over the room, and again asked to leave the suitcase, and asked when we came if we could take boiling water and drink tea on the veranda, to which we received a categorical refusal, exclaiming, these are our problems, and then God forbid your children will want to go to the toilet. Of course, after staying in such a hotel, the impressions of Nesvizh remained with a sediment, although we were lucky with the weather and nature. And of course they are very outraged by the disgusting attitude towards guests and young children.

It is not the first time we have stayed at the Hera Hotel with a large company. We stayed for the first time in 2021.
I want to note that the hotel is not getting worse: the cleanliness is crystal clear; the kitchen has everything you need; knives are sharp; there are a lot of interesting things for young guests in the children's corner.
Moreover, the hotel is getting better every year! Now there are 2 refrigerators; 2 magnals; a two-room room has appeared.
Svetlana and Vitaly are very nice and decent people who also keep a high level of services provided.
It is important for guests to understand that the Hera Hotel has several common areas: a kitchen, a barbecue, a playground and a living room. Here, general comfort depends on the attitude of guests to private comfort. I advise guests to just communicate with each other, and everything will be fine.

We spent the weekend with friends at the Gera mini-hotel! I really liked it!The hotel is located in the center of Nesvizh! The castle can be reached on foot! The hotel itself is just wonderful. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The room is perfectly clean and comfortable. The hotel has about 5 rooms. Shower, toilet in each room. There are a lot of outlets in the room, they are very conveniently located.The kitchen is shared on the ground floor with all necessary utensils, with two refrigerators, two kettles, a dishwasher, etc. A huge terrace with tables, a barbecue area. Coal, firewood, ignition are available, if necessary, you can purchase. The hosts are very attentive and hospitable. In general, everything is just perfect. Thank you so much. Great hotel! A wonderful, incredibly comfortable hotel, where there is ABSOLUTELY everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very quiet, calm. A beautiful courtyard. There are swings and a trampoline in the yard for children, as well as a football field. For adults there are sun loungers, a barbecue (and everything for it). And most importantly-sterile cleanliness!
The price may be slightly above average, but it's worth it 100%.%

No options. The best hotel. Don't even look anywhere else. Gorgeous public spaces, kitchen, living room, playground with trampoline, swimming pool, swings and its own football field. The children were just squeaking with delight. This has not been seen anywhere else. You need to develop a hotel chain so that such happiness is available in every city.

A cool mini-hotel!
Clean, cozy, well renovated, inhabited by the owners — very nice people. We lived in the "standard" in the attic, there is even a window in the shower;)
There is also a separate kitchen and a terrace and a shared living room and a small children's corner for those with kids and a trampoline/swing outside.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the castle!
So I recommend it with confidence!

Excellent hotel/guest house. There is a swimming pool on the territory, the children were delighted, a lawn with a goal for football, in the location. The house is huge and there are a lot of common areas, for example, the kitchen is functional. We were lucky, we were almost always alone in the house, if we return to Nesvizh, then only here. The hostess came in the morning, got a lot of bicycles and scooters for the children, for free, the children were indescribably delighted, as a result, they went to look at the castles, thank you very much for such bonuses. And there is also a very cool terrace where you can have breakfast.

The correct estimate would be 6-7 out of five. It's a great place. The repair was done perfectly -I did it myself recently, I know what I'm talking about. The ground floor consists of a common area, a kitchen, a hall with a huge home cinema, a terrace overlooking a small garden. The second floor has 6 rooms.
We were alone this time, so all this splendor was ours alone.
The room is spacious, a great bed, a comfortable bathroom, and even the shower stall is not cramped.
WiFi is excellent, parking is in a fenced yard.
There is only one drawback - payment in cash only.

I don't even know. what words can I use to express my delight at this place of residence? moreover, there is something to compare it with (we are seasoned travelers). The guys have done everything with their soul so much that there is simply not a single, not the slightest minus. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay. In one word, SUPER!!!I will not describe the house, the previous tourists did it, so I have only emotions, and only superlatives. Thank you, hosts, from the bottom of my heart. An excellent hotel near the Church and the castle, there is a cafe and a restaurant nearby where you can eat delicious food. The hotel itself is very clean, tidy, there is a living room where you can watch TV, a separate kitchen where you can eat. There is a nice summer porch and a courtyard outside. Internal parking. Thank you very much, first of all! This is a wonderful house in every sense and feeling. If you want a warm home furnishing with your family, you definitely need to try to get to this hotel. It's difficult)))) plan ahead. It is impossible to see Nesvizh in one day, and it is not necessary. The location of the hotel is the heart of the city, 5 minutes from the Town Hall.
There are no disadvantages in the hotel! I would really like to come in the autumn.

A lovely guest house. Everything is new. Clear. Kindly. But why does no one write about sound insulation, which in fact does not exist at all? In the old villages they woke up with the first roosters, in the modern world they wake up with the first awakened guest. If someone got up at 7 a.m., that's it... No options.
A lot of effort and money was invested in the house. But to mess up the noise like that.. Like a Mercedes S-class, on manual windows: expensive, rich, but on "paddles".

Tourists from Moscow, we travel a lot. I really liked the hotel - clean, cozy, Svetlana is a friendly hostess and just a nice person) the rooms are spacious and bright, everything is new. Downstairs there is a hall with a large plasma TV and a living room for 12 people, a veranda, a kitchen with everything you need, and a children's corner. In the very center - 5 minutes walk from the Town Hall. We will definitely come back if possible!
