She gave 2 stars for the fast serving of dishes and an interesting interior.
I took off the stars for the lack of attention to the guest's wishes, for such positioning and a price above the average in Tbilisi - this is disrespect.
They asked for a secluded table with a soft sofa away from the aisle, but the waiter refused with a half-empty hall and sat at a table in the center of the hall next to the passage to the 2nd floor, assuring that no one would set foot there until 4-5 o'clock,
As a result, throughout the entire meal, people were constantly coming down and up and waiters were standing a meter away from the table.
The waiters' service is impressive: firstly, there are too many of them for a half-empty hall; secondly, the waiter literally tried to take the plate from under my hands as soon as I lifted the fork from it, before I had time to finish chewing the last khinkali and asked with a full mouth to leave the plate, as I also wanted to take food from another dish.
And the kitchen was completely unimpressed, on the contrary: classic khinkali is full of cartilage and connective tissue.
Eggplants taste bland, as if they forgot to put salt at all.
I do not recommend it. The worst place you've ever been in this city
Everything you order here is the height of culinary art. The staff is beyond praise, very comfortable service in English, Russian! The atmosphere of tranquility and comfort 🍽️
It's a very atmospheric place. The staff is pleasant and the food is sooooo delicious. I definitely recommend this wonderful place when walking around Tbilisi!
