We arrived in Munich 2.5 hours before departure. There was a huge queue for registration, but no one was in a hurry. We were checked in a little less than an hour before departure, and after us there were still people in line. Everyone was very nervous - no one explained anything. Then everyone ran and asked to be let through at passport control - additional stress. As a result, we took off an hour later. The plane was very old, the landing gear wheel was changed after arrival
At Tbilisi airport, the luggage was inspected (there is a sticker about it on the suitcase) - a suitcase with an open lock arrived - everything inside is turned upside down. It is very unpleasant that someone rummaged through all things like that (now they scan things at all airports and if anything, call a passenger separately). Our things seem to be in place, but cash rubles were stolen from a friend's suitcase (they were in a cosmetic bag - so everything was also opened). Then I read reviews of how other people's things were stolen when flying with this airline (it's good that I didn't read them before the flight)
And plus, they feed very modestly (for a 5-hour flight - one small sandwich and water)

I flew Georgian Airways from Berlin to Moscow with a transfer to Tbilisi. Everything is fine, only on the first flight a seat was bought in advance in the nose of the aircraft, and upon landing it turned out that this place was occupied and a new boarding seat was given in the very last row of the aircraft near the toilet. I wrote to tech support, they said they would find out everything, but it took more than 2 months and they ignored it. I do not advise with such an organization.

But the answer came from the company, the flights will not take place! In the current conditions, the best option is how to get from St. Petersburg to Nice. Transfer to Tbilisi in 2 hours is comfortable and relatively inexpensive, much, no, MUCH BETTER than flying through Yerevan with their "strange" airlines)
I flew on the evening flight A3990 from Nice on 08/17/14 via Tbilisi to Moscow. The suitcase came open, everything inside was turned over, an emerald ring, several gold rings, two gold chains were stolen, the rest of the jewelry that did not have much value was bent, broken and torn. I bought a ticket in business class Moscow-Tbilisi, it turned out that the flight is operated by Armenian air diligence. The plane is so old that I was very upset when I bought a ticket at full cost. I flew Moscow - Tbilisi once. We took off without delay, arrived on time. During the flight, they offered free water and sandwiches (cheese or ham). The staff is friendly.

Especially the flight attendant, a young man with glasses , came across to us , well , not at all a service one .. very ill-mannered and not customer-oriented
I bought a ticket on 09/16/2024 from Moscow to Tbilisi, and on 20.09 back. The return flight was canceled. Did you reply by e-mail that you want to cancel your flight from Moscow? We flew from Paris to Tbilisi in business class on 02/25/2024, flight 628, departure at 15.30. During the flight, a girl from economy class was transferred to a business and a pilot sat down with her, with whom they talked for half an hour, looked at photos and had fun. Then the girl went to the cockpit, and the pilot waited for her in the aisle near the toilet for about an hour. To my question to the flight attendant: what is the girl doing in the cockpit and why is the pilot not in his place, she told me that this is the pilot's wife...... then she started saying that this is their employee.... I asked why then she was not in the uniform of an employee, to which she again replied that she was the pilot's wife.... If you remember that heated incident when the pilot put his children in the cockpit and they crashed....then it's a terrible stress for the passenger..... I didn't get into their car, but paid for my flight and hoped that people were responsible for my safety and peace of mind. I haven't seen such a mess in a long time.... Only if in the 90s.... Service and safety are at zero!!! Think carefully if you are going to fly with Georgian airlines.....

I flew with Georgian Airlines with a fairly short (less than 2 hours) transfer to Tbilisi. Начитавшись отрицательных отзывов об авиакомпании было очень волнительно, но то ли я непривередливая, то ли мне повезло, у меня не осталось плохих впечатлений об авиакомпании. Летела в Тбилиси прямым рейсом из Москвы, вылет точно по расписанию, в стоимость эконом билета входил багаж 23 кг и ручная кладь, что очень порадовало, для меня цена 28 т.на двоих с багажом показалась очень адекватной. За сутки до полёта зарегистрировалась на рейс онлайн, выбор мест в салоне бесплатный, что также считаю большим плюсом. На посадке габариты ручной клади не проверяли, пассажиры шли с разными сумками, никому не было дела. Стюардессы вежливые, питания на борту нет, но воду по просьбе дают. Поставила бы пять звёзд, если бы хотя бы чай или кофе предлагали. Вообщем плохих впечатлений от авиакомпании не осталось.
Никому не рекомендую летать этой компанией, потому что у них нет клиентской поддержки от слова совсем. Georgian Airways просто не несет никакой ответственности за ущерб, который они могут нанести.
В моем случае они сломали мой чемодан, который не подлежит восстановлению, так как переломлен надвое. Я сразу же заметил это при получении багажа и там же, в аэропорту, у стойки Georgian Airways, составил акт о повреждении багажа (документ прилагаю). Менеджер сказала мне связаться со службой поддержки по электронной почте, и я сделал это позднее в тот же день.
После двух недель без ответа я снова отправил свою жалобу и скан акта на все адреса электронной почты компании. После месяца безрезультатного ожидания я пришел в центральный офис «Грузинских авиалиний» на проспекте Руставели в Тбилиси. Там работали четыре оператора, которые не особо могли чем-то помочь и, более того, сказали, что у них нет клиенсткой службы как таковой. Они попросили меня решить этот вопрос на той же стойке в аэропорту и дав мне номер телефона этой же стойки. Когда я позвонил по указанному номеру, женщина на том конце сказала, что она отвечает только за утерянный багаж и никак не отвечает за поврежденный. И тут очевидно, что Georgian Airways не будет ни за что отвечать, ни за поврежденный багаж, ни за потраченное мной время.
Я уехал из Тбилиси и некоторое время был за границей, и когда я вернулся в тот же аэропорт, я, конечно же, подошел к менеджеру к той же стойке «Грузинских авиалиний» с тем же вопросом. В ответ я получили только тотальное хамство и крики. Когда я потребовал на месте составить официальную претензию, она отказалась помочь и просто стала меня игнорировать.
В процессе я также связался с администрацией аэропорта, там мне вежливо сказали, что не могут никак помочь мне с претензией и ситуацией в целом, это на стороне Грузинских авиалиний.
В общем, вывод тут один. Georgian Airways ни за что не несет никакой ответственности и, выбирая эту компании среди других, вы очень сильно рискуете, и багажом и, возможно, даже своим здоровьем, если вдруг что произойдет на борту. Тут просто нет клиенсткого сервиса, о чем представители компании сами открыто и говорят.
Будьте внимательны при выборе рейса в Грузию или через Грузию и никогда не выбирайте Georgian Airways, берегите себя!

Ужасная компания.Летел с семье(жена и трое детей)рейсом Тбилиси -Тель-Авив. МЕСТА БЫЛИ БИЗНЕС КЛАССА. На посадке потреьовали детям пакеты ,на непредвиденный случай.в итоге счас счас счас и уже взлет.при взлете 1 ого из детей вырвало на пол.В итоге бортпроводнийа принесла салфетки и в грубой форме потреьовала убрать за ребенком.На вопрос почему не принесли пакет,она сказала что они отсутсвуют.Потребовал чтобы убрали сами,я такой же пассажир,тем более в бизнес классе, на ято соьрался консилиум из стюардесс и старшего бортпроводника с пиханием мне салфеток в лицо. МНЕ убрать не сложно ,я убрал,но отношение авиакомпании к пассажирам просто ужасное. Видел такую ситаацию в Аэрофлоте рей Самара Москва но не с моим ребенком, проводницы пересадили пассажиров на время все молча убрали и посадили всех обратно.Грузинские авиалинии это как будто новички не опытные
Прислали письмо, что мы не явились на рейс, хотя рейс через месяц. Что-то уточнить нереально: ни почта, ни чат, ни телефоны не отвечают. Глухое молачние! Полнейшая безалаберность и неумение работать с клиентами.
Пока мне ни чего не нравится.На письма не отвечают,на звонки тоже.Нам должны были ещё в мае 2021 дать ответ когда мы хотим приехать,но нам ни чего не прислали.Дозвониться не можем всё время отвечает автоответчик.Звоним с мая месяца,и тишина.Почему молчат не понятно.Надеюсь всё таки ответят,и мы посетим Тбилиси.Не думала что в Грузии так принимают гостей.Когда брали билеты с нами связывались,а теперь что мы видим от этом компании?Надеюсь всё таки с нами свяжутся.

Безобразное отношение в клиенту!!! За несколько дней до вылета прислали два сообщения о переносе вылета из Тбилиси в Ереван с 9 утра на 6 утра 7 января 2020. Вынуждены были провести бессонную ночь, не спала и вся семья провожающих родственников. Приехала в аэропорт к 3 часам, но представителя авиакомпании в аэропорту не было, никто не мог пояснить во сколько же рейс на Ереван. Никаких уведомлений о том, когда будет рейс, и состоится ли он - не поступало. В итоге улетели в 9 утра, то есть целую ночь пришлось провести без сна в аэропорту. БЕЗОБРАЗИЕ, ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНАЯ РАБОТА АВИАКОМПАНИИ !!!
