I urgently needed to get a car in Batumi and go to Tbilisi and back. The guys provided the car within an hour. I took a red BMW M328i, as for me, the rental price of this model is quite fair. a clean car, there were no complaints about the technical part of the car during operation. Although I am the former owner of BWM and I did not need instruction, the guys showed / told all the options and features of this model when issuing the car. They told me what unpleasant situations might arise and how to behave in front of them (etc. if your car was scratched in the parking lot, etc.), They also provided a QR code that gave a good discount at the gas station, which reduced fuel costs for my trip.
An unpleasant case, but super customer-oriented on the part of this company. Unfortunately, no one is immune from the deliberate actions of third parties. I left the car in a closed area, which is adjacent to 4 private houses in the center of Tbilisi. A friend of mine lived in one of these houses, and neighbors lived in the other three. One of the neighbors, who, apparently, is not quite adequate, "walked" with a metal key on the fender of the car. We discovered this when I had already returned to Batumi to hand over the car. It turns out that fixing requires at least polishing, or even painting. When checking and receiving the car, an employee of the company called his supervisor, told about the damage, then handed the phone to me. We had a dialogue where I fully outlined this unpleasant situation. The guys appreciated in general that I operated their car very carefully, so they met me halfway and did not charge extra for polishing repairs.

We took a Ford Fiesta sedan for 4 days to travel Batumi-Kutaisi-Tbilisi and back. I liked the car, they told me and explained everything, took a photo. We purchased full insurance. The deposit was refunded in 5 minutes after the car was returned. I strongly recommend it!

They explained everything in detail to us, both about the car and about the local peculiarities of the driving culture, all the information was duplicated in the messenger.
