A very convenient car rental service! Always polite staff, affordable prices, good cars! They go to a meeting with the client and make the car rental as comfortable as possible, they received the car in 5-10 minutes, the same amount of time for delivery. We have used the services 3 times already, there have never been any problems, only the pleasure of traveling by car in beautiful Georgia!
This is the second time we have rented a car from this company, which, I think, speaks for itself. Everything is clearly on time, agreements are fulfilled, ease of registration, the car was delivered on time, always in touch. When handing over the car, we were late in time, we were allowed to "shift" the time of delivery without any problems. The cars, of course, are not new, but they are quite nimble. One of the disadvantages is a discharged navigator at the time of receiving the car, but we dealt with this issue on our own.
In general, I liked and satisfied with everything.
Among the disadvantages, it is worth noting that despite the fact that the car delivery service to the airport costs $ 15, the receiving party leaves you alone with a parking receipt at the airport. And since we had just arrived and there was no local currency on hand yet, such pettiness spoiled the impression.

I want to share my experience of ordering a minivan from this company.
We traveled as a group of 6 adults and 3 children aged 1 to 3 years, after weighing all the pros and cons, we decided to rent a minivan with a driver for the whole group, not individual cars. Geo Rent Car offers this service for $200 per day. the amount is not small. In correspondence, I clarified several times whether this price includes meals, driver's accommodation, and gasoline. and whether the driver's working day is somehow regulated. I was given the answer to all my questions that everything is included in the amount! this is a brief pre-story, now the actual review itself:
Positive:
1. The car is in good condition, clean and tidy.
2. Punctuality. The car was served on time every day, even a little earlier for 10-15 minutes.
3. The presence of a driver allowed all adults to jointly calm down 3 small children who are not always enthusiastic about long-distance travel. (this is a plus for owners of small children, they will understand)
4. The driver drove the car carefully, the quality of the car was completely satisfied.
now the cons:
1. of the ordered 3 children's car seats, only two fit in size, although in correspondence, again, I clarified the seat models and class several times. whose chair was for a child from 4 years old and our babies were drowning in it. as a result, we drove with 2 car seats and constantly held one child in our arms.
2. The driver's attitude towards passengers. all the following points will follow from here.
2.1 the driver made stops for his own needs (for example, to buy cigarettes) absolutely without coordinating the stops with us. It was not uncommon for children to sleep, and when the minivan stopped, they woke up and started crying. the stop sometimes lasted 5 minutes, and crying after that lasted 20 minutes. sometimes it seemed that not the driver was driving along our route, but we were on his.
2.2. The air conditioner was turned on only after prolonged persuasion by the driver. moreover, in the heat it blew at a minimum and there was not enough cooling of the cabin, and in the morning it froze the entire cabin. The driver claimed that he could not influence the temperature and degree of blowing. Another "wonderful" episode can be considered the moment when, having arrived at the Prometheus cave, the 2nd of the 3 children were sleeping in the salon in the parking lot, the air conditioner was turned off, the heat was 32 degrees outside. for 30 minutes of sleep in the cabin oven, the children were soaked through. But after leaving the cave, we found a minivan with the driver sleeping inside with the air conditioner on ...
2.3 Traffic plan. I was asked to send an approximate route in advance. I did it, I planned to discuss the details of the route on the spot. according to the plan, we spent 2 nights in Kabuleti. A trip to Magnetite was planned for the 2nd day (which is 30 km from Kabuleti), but this was not indicated in the original schedule. The driver apparently expected to leave on his own business these days (although the payment for the car was for every day), and was extremely unhappy with our request to take and bring to the neighboring beach. Also, according to the plan, there was one night in Akhaltsikhe, but the driver insisted that we cancel the reservation and go to Borjomi to spend the night (where we were the day before), because there is supposedly nothing to do in Akhaltsikhe. I understand that the driver in Borjomi had a housing issue resolved and therefore he lured us there, but still, again, there was a feeling that we were traveling along the driver's route and not he along ours.
2.4. The apotheosis of the journey, the final day. We had to get from Kabuleti to Tbilisi. We spent the night near the village of Tsavkisi. Along the way, 2 hour-long stops were planned (for lunch and for the cave city of Uplistsikhe). While we were driving from Tbilisi to Tsavkisi, the driver loudly protested that, quote, "He doesn't need to GO THERE, we need it!". That he was tired of such a long road (420 km, of which the autobahn is 150 km and 2 stops per hour?????) and in the end, we could not immediately find our house, the driver said that it was time for us to let him go (although the time was 18 p.m., and if we count by the day of rent, then we could still keep a minivan until 8 a.m.). then he insisted that we disembark with our suitcases and children right on the side of the road, turned around and left without saying goodbye... It's good that the rain started about an hour later, when we managed to contact the owner of the house and he picked us up from the curb ....
Total: according to the driver, he receives less than 5% of the amount we paid for the minivan.I personally do not know how he should eat and live on this money in another city... If we rented from him it would be 4 times cheaper. But all I'm saying is that I think the company's policy is not correct if you say that EVERYTHING is included in the price! then please provide a driver who will not spoil the trip. Either find a person who will be satisfied with the salary you offer, or stupidly pay more so that customers remain satisfied!
This year I decided to travel around Georgia.
Geo Rent Car applied. We have fully consulted on the Internet.
I sent the documents in advance. Upon arrival, the contract had already been prepared.
Signing and handing over the car took no more than 10 minutes, and we were on our way.
Next time, I will definitely use their services.
They work clearly and professionally.

We rented a Mitsubishi Outlander here for 10 days at the end of June with the transition to July. Cars were received at the office in the very center of Tbilisi. The office was found easily-the benefit is that the location is marked everywhere, both on Yandex maps and in Google. The rental turned out to be generally within walking distance from our hotel. They were issued quickly, paid with a Visa card, although they had to deposit 200 green in cash. In general, we thought at first to take a Nissan Xtrail or Suzuki Vitara, but the guys at the office clarified where we were going, what we were planning and what kind of people - they offered to take a more "nimble" option. The interior turned out to be roomy, the trunk was sufficient, although the color was black - the sun was not very repulsive. But the air conditioner compensated for everything, as a result, the July heat was not terrible in the car. We have visited Kutaisi, Batumi, Rabat, Vardzia and Kakheti all the time. We drove back from Batumi through the pass to Akhaltsikhe – very beautiful views there!!! We recommend everyone to watch it! In general, we were delighted with Georgia and its beauty and warmth of natural and human. When we returned the car, we were given a bottle of wine and a fridge magnet in the office. Madloba! Thanks again to the rental for the kind attitude! I didn't remember the names of the employees, but everyone was friendly and attentive to us. The machine as a whole did not disappoint, there was zero negativity. I recommend it to those who have no complaints, since the car is not the latest model, but it is quite OK and the price is affordable, which is also important nowadays!

Good service, friendly female managers, everything was fine. There were no problems in the office either when receiving the car or when handing it back. The deposit money was returned, the mechanics examined the car for about ten minutes probably in the parking lot at the office. I only paid for the car wash, because I didn't have time to do it myself. We rode a Toyota Sequoia for 10 days. The car is powerful, roomy, it goes everywhere. Not new, of course, but in decent condition. We visited Svaneti, drove from Mestia to Ushguli. Then to the Kobuleti sea, Batumi, Gonio beaches. The Goderdzi pass has also passed - the splendor of nature is amazing! The Council:The white body color and interior are not leather, but velour is the most it!!! in the southern heat, I recommend it to everyone, but it was more than 40 degrees, maybe more.In general, I put a five, I consider my choice of rental justified, although the reviews are different here.By the way, last year the car was rented at another rental office in Georgia and the deposit was delayed for 10-15 days due to possible fines for speed. Then they sent the truth, but the delay was preventive, it seems, due to the return of the car at the airport at night. They can't check the car on the spot in the dark, and it's also clear to me from their side. Remembering this lesson, we drove carefully, since we were first warned here that there was a GPS in the car. And in case of multiple exceedances of more than 110 km/h, there may be fines and penalties for the deposit. It is written in the contract - everything is transparent. When we were there, Nino's manager printed out the "races" to another client and handed over a sheet with 15-20 excesses. I managed to get 150 places! to rush, as I understood it, and he was naturally punished by the distributors for part of the deposit, it seems, or maybe the whole. The outrage was naturally on Schumacher's part, but it was short-lived. You can't go against the facts, and my opinion is to blame. There are cameras everywhere in Georgia and we were warned by kind people that it is better not to fly on the highways. In general, judging by the reviews of others, everyone has a positive and not very good experience, someone did not have enough cars, somewhere they did not like it, someone messed up himself, and how lucky someone is in the rental process, the equipment may completely break down. But not our Sequoia tank!In the end, everything went according to plan and there were a lot of impressions in the luggage along with the souvenirs and Georgian wine purchased.Probably because we didn't play pranks and didn't light up.))Proverb:If you drive more quietly, you will continue...

We took a Hyundai Getz car from them for 4 days in early May with unlimited mileage. The prices are quite affordable, the office is in the center. The guys quickly arranged everything and issued a car. A clean, cheerful little car with a small mileage. The four of them traveled around Tbilisi, managed to get to Kakheti and Batumi. The engine as a whole was enough for the eyes on the highway, it is better to choose a higher and more powerful car in the mountains. Everything went generally OK, passed without problems at the airport. There were no quibbles - the entire deposit was returned. I sincerely recommend this rental and a trip around Georgia in general! You won't regret it!

We took a Nissan Tiida. They did not immediately pay attention to the bad brakes, drove away from the city, and already on a small descent the brakes completely failed, they had to brake on the side of the road with a handbrake. After calling the rental company and their numerous tips like "your pedal mat is clogged", they agreed to come and check. The master said that "this is normal, the brakes just overheated", "they will take money from you for gasoline", all objections that the pedal goes completely without load even when the engine is not running, and when it is running, it grasps only at the last centimeter, he ignored, but agreed to change the car. He arrived in a Nissan Note.
The brakes were a little better, but after that, we drove very carefully.
A little bit about the cars:
both cars with the right hand drive rearranged. Backlashes are everywhere, everything rattles and shakes. The steering wheel has been rearranged, but the handles on the steering wheel (turn signals and wipers) have not been changed, so it's good for you to turn with the wipers on for the first few days. You can read about the brakes above. Obviously, you can not even remember about any airbags, after such an artisanal modification.
Cheating on surrender:
They were handed over at the airport. A man arrived, took the keys, silently walked up to the car and looked under it. I didn't look at anything else, right away: I went up and looked down. He says, "Carter's defense was there, it's not there." He calls on the phone, then says: "they told me to give you half of the deposit," and takes out of his pocket a prepared piece of paper in 100 euros (the deposit was 200). After numerous arguments and phone conversations with the rental company, we were informed: "you took it off yourself, I don't know where you put it, I don't know why you did it, but you did it." Moreover, everyone agrees that we couldn't help but notice if the protection fell off while driving. Therefore, the claim is: "you took it off." Then the person on the phone says that "now he will look at the GPS and find out where we took it, wait 20 minutes." Our plane was just delayed, so we agreed to wait. After 10 minutes, the person calls back and says that now "he won't look at the GPS, but we took it off, he knows for sure." The man refused all subsequent conversations and just hung up the phone.
As a result:
- the receiver, who just looked under the car, did not examine anything else.
- a prepared piece of paper of only 100 euros, which he immediately took out of his pocket.
- the story about GPS, so that we would refuse to wait because of the flight at the airport.
- after the bike didn't work, the man just hung up the phone.
No one ever checks the crankcase protection when inspecting a car. I recommend it here.
Conclusions:
Terrible service, unsafe and inconvenient cars, deception.
My wife and I rented a Nissan Tiida for four days. The car is in good condition, we drove 1400 km on it without any problems, one minus is that there is no connector for a USB flash drive. Well, a small mistake was that when I left an application for this car, I also wanted to take a navigator, but there was no working navigator in the office. But you don't need it, a phone with Google maps is enough, so I recommend this organization to everyone. thank you!
