Nice hotel. The rooms are compact, in my case there was a standard (600 UAH per night) where there is a double bed, shower, toilet, bidet, TV and of course good Internet. Breakfast in the form of a modest buffet was included, but dinner was not. There is no kitchen, microwave, etc. It's an hour and a half walk to the sea.
