I have visited this consulate several times already, yesterday I was back on 03/29/2023. Before that, I read the negative reviews and thought - maybe something has changed in the work? But everything remains the same: the staff are polite, attentive and caring. I was in the Pension Department and in the Passport Processing Department window No. 6. Unfortunately, I do not know the last name of the employee who accepted my documents. She is a very professional, polite and sweet woman.
