Good Place to Stay in Kobuleti Stayed at General Tso and had a great experience. The rooms are big, bright, and clean. The beach is only about 50 meters away, which is really convenient. There’s a café on the ground floor with a nice menu. The hostess is very kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. Simple, comfortable, and a great location—I’d stay here again!

3 people had a family vacation from 07/25/2023 to 07/31/2023. The 4-storey hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. There is a railway station nearby and you can hear the wheels of the trains. This is the area of the new embankment and many new buildings are being built nearby. Positive: 1.Modern beautiful building. 2. Cozy cafe-dining room. 3.Large room area. 4. Large loggia with table and chairs. 5. The sea is nearby, 5 minutes on foot. Minuses: 1. The room has not been cleaned for all 6 days. 2. They asked to take out the trash. We were answered: "The residents themselves must take out the garbage." 3. Towels and bed linen have not been changed for all 6 days. 4. Electricity is cut off 3-4 times a day and the Internet is lost. Apparently, there are construction sites nearby and switching is underway. No one could explain to me the reasons for the frequent blackouts. On the first day of arrival, we sat without electricity for 6 hours and were unable to access the Internet and inform our relatives about our arrival. 5.Monotonous breakfasts of scrambled eggs, oatmeal and a monotonous salad (half a tomato and half a cucumber) for three people every morning. 6. There is no TV in the room and there will not be. Because the antenna cable in the outlet is cut off "at the root". 7. There is no wardrobe for clothes. Instead, the clothes rack is a crossbar. 8. There is no safe. 9. There is no desk. 10. Brunch from 09.00 to 10.00. Because of this, 1-2 hours of morning tanning are lost daily. They asked me to make breakfast earlier one day. The employee replied: "I won't get up so early." And the whole group was late for the tour. 11. There is no electric kettle and glasses in the room, and no dishes at all. Each time I had to go down to the 1st floor to get boiling water. 12. They save on everything. No local fruits are served during the summer season. Although there are a lot of fruits in the city and they are not expensive. 13. There are no bedside tables with shelves and a drawer. Instead, there are U-shaped flower stands. 14. The beach in this place is deserted and sparsely populated. There is no infrastructure. 15. On the parapet of the beach embankment there are obscene inscriptions in English about the Russian people and the president. And no one paints them over. Conclusion: Georgia, Kobuleti is a beautiful place! But I do not recommend this particular hotel until all the comments are eliminated. It is better to choose closer to the center - a more habitable place, rich infrastructure and a lot of available hotel rooms for every taste! And it's not far to go to Ureki beach, black sand and a gentle entrance without stones!

Everything is great. The rooms are clean and cozy. This year, a wonderful swimming pool has appeared, which saves during strong waves at sea. The food in the restaran is quite good, so you can have lunch or dinner at the hotel.

Very tasty. The portions are large. I liked it more than in most cafes in the district and Batumi. The place is cool. The pitch is very beautiful.
