Most of all, the refund box office was impressed, we talked only with two girls and they proved to us who owed whom what in a dissatisfied tone, in raised tones, as if we were to blame for something! Instead of communicating politely and tolerantly! The cost of the tiles was the same, as a result, they also paid extra for the recalculation! I understand everything, everyone makes mistakes, but for some reason customers should run back and forth, and not the one who messed up, also along the way listening from employees that no one is to blame!
