The territory is quite large, the beach is cleaned, there is enough space for vacationers on the beach, but other people's vacationers leak through the fence by the sea, do not pay a penny, settle down with vodka and cigarettes, walk, yell, conflict. Either treat them well, or watch out, expel them. Elderly people, people with children are not happy about such a neighborhood. And it was very strange that we had to pay extra for a barbecue, for a gazebo to sit and eat in nature, cooked by us, for the first time we saw this, and we have been in many places. We lived in a three-person suite, but the third sleeping place was somehow equipped, there are two folding chairs, and there is no seating area to spread out the chair. and there is a room for 4 people. 5000 per day is a pity for such a room, because the TV works via the Internet, which does not happen. Of course, we came to swim and sunbathe, but sometimes I wanted to watch the news, so they were broadcast from Kiev in Russian, and exactly the opposite from Russian news. Who wanted to be brainwashed. In a conversation with the multi-ethnic people of Donbass, we saw that they are glad that they have become Russians, but the news from the TV goes against the opinion of these same people. Where is censorship, why do they allow distortion of reality? People are very friendly. Plus, I put the fact that there was always hot water in the shower, the room was clean. We liked Building 3 both for its location and cleaning. The maid Irina is a real hostess. Thank you, we will come again with pleasure. And it is necessary to get at least cheap, but bracelets for residents so that there are no strangers. I liked the dining room very much, and the quality of the food and the assortment and inexpensive, very friendly staff.
An abandoned Sovdepovsky village, but the territory of the base is good and clean. One of the disadvantages of the terrible condition of the room. They don't get away from the word in any way. It could be a good base, but....
Helios is a pretty good holiday home with sea access. The staff is quite friendly and always helps if asked. Wi-Fi is almost all over the territory, quite fast and good (there is a router/several routers in each building), the Internet even reaches the beach. The territory is pretty good, there is no garbage, there is a lot of vegetation. In Helios, there is enough entertainment on the street, there are animals with which you can play and have fun, there are also gazebos and many benches (on which you can sit), there is an area with swimming pools (for adults and children), as well as a park. There are a lot of mosquitoes, but very few people bite (I used a mosquito repellent once for 7 days of stay, it is not too necessary at least in August), but sitting in the evening / closer to night by the quiet sea, you can initially be scared by such noise of these insects (they swarm in heaps around the sea, as well as near the bushes). There is a cafe near the sea where you can safely eat without the risk of poisoning. There is also a canteen on the territory of Helios, however, due to the situation, supplies are no longer the same as before, so the diet has decreased, but you can eat there completely, or take food with you and eat your own. There are only 3 buildings, I lived in the second building, in the first room, where there are all the amenities, but there are a couple of small and minor disadvantages: 6 channels are shown on TV, the TV can sometimes be blunted, and if you want to take a media carrier (USB flash drive / hard drive, etc.) and watch on TV, it won't work because the buttons in the menu refuse to work for some reason. The air conditioner is working properly. The water pressure in the bathroom is very strong, and the liquid itself can be quite hot if the temperature is set to maximum. In the 2nd building on the ground floor there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and some other things where you can cook something. There are quite enough people, but not just so that everything is packed, the beach is quite free, where you can lie down freely. From the first room of the balcony, you can see the sea a little (building 3 is closest to the sea). The prices of accommodation are quite reasonable, in the dining room they may seem a little expensive. Living in the second building, if you want drinking water, you will have to run to the Delmar store, where it costs 5l/ 100r, and if you want to save money, you will have to walk away, only to the left, in the Neptune store, water is poured 1l/ 4r. I recommend it for a short or long stay in the Helios boarding house.
