The territory of the hotel is beautiful and cozy. A lot of trees, rods, two pools. They are well fed, and cakes, and various meats, and fruits. I will also mention that there is a buffet here. The bar is from 9:00 to 23:00, they give there: cola, sprite, alcohol-free and alcoholic drinks, and all this is free. There is also a separate building where after lunch you can take French fries, burgers, nuggets, ice cream, watermelons, and all this is also free. There is a hammam and a sauna. The sauna is free, but I think few people will want to go to the sauna in this heat. The hotel is close to the beach, shops, and also close to the city center. The hotel's beach is small, so you can go to the city beach, where there is much more space and fewer people. A special bus takes you to this beach every day at 9:15 am directly from the hotel. Wi-Fi is paid - $ 3 per day. Not all employees understand Russian, mostly those who work as waiters and those who stand in the bar do not understand. So learn phrases like "Two beer, please" and others) At the same time, the staff is very hospitable, everyone always smiles and says hello. There are many vacationers from Russian-speaking countries here. But there are also some from Germany, Poland, France and other European countries. Why did I put a score of 4? Bad numbers. By themselves, they are small, old TVs, there are not enough hooks for towels. Compared to 4-star hotels in St. Petersburg, it is clearly not 4. Although relative to other hotels here it is not even bad. Another problem is not very good cleaning. The floor is practically not cleaned, there are few shampoos and shower gels. The air conditioner cannot work while no one is in the room, and in this heat I would like to come not to stuffy rooms. Overall, the hotel is pretty good. Would I come here again? No, but not because the hotel is so bad, on the contrary, it is wonderful. But there is practically nothing to do in Kemer itself.

Service level zero, approximately the level of Crimea in 2000. There's a massacre on the beach for sun beds. I didn't like it! The only thing is that the food for the money is normal, and the hotel itself is not bad either (for your own money). I won't go a second time.

1 Very small beach, I had to get up at six in the morning to take the deck chairs. My friend and I took turns walking. Some of the deck chairs are broken and dirty. They stand almost close together, it is not possible to pass between them.
2 You need to go to the beach through the trash, the stench is terrible, food waste and spilled drinks stick to shoes.
3 To get fish or grilled meat in the hotel restaurant, you need to stand in a rather long queue
4 There is no animation, the playlist of three songs got tired on the second day.
5 Animators, albeit jokingly, constantly call guests drunks and drunks, and older ladies - grandmothers, and publicly. She is her grandchildren's grandmother, and they are madame, madam or Frau.
6 Towels thrown on the floor are hung up again in the bathroom when cleaning (I carefully pulled a thread from the edge of the towel and tied it in a knot, after 2 hours it hung in the bathroom)

The excellent location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance, namely: the beach, shopping centers, ATM, grocery stores.
The hotel grounds are very beautiful, lots of flowers, trees, clean and cozy. The staff is hospitable and polite. Everything is very cool, I want to go back there again
