Many thanks to Gelena for accompanying and organizing the tour to Dombay. Everything was clear, polite, all issues were resolved and individual assistance in organizing leisure activities was provided. The resort is worth the money, but no more) the big plus in the tour from Gelena is the number of days at the resort itself - 8!, during this time you can safely have time to ride in Dombay itself, go to neighboring resorts, we went to Arkhyz and see the surroundings. The only thing is to prepare a first-aid kit just in case, everything is individual, but gastrointestinal issues are common there, but this has nothing to do with the travel agency. To summarize: I liked it, I recommend it.

This is the second year I've been entrusting my ski vacation in Dombay to Gelena and I don't regret it at all!
First of all: the best price of all offered in Minsk!
Secondly, everything is provided, from transfers to excursions in Dombay itself! We leave Minsk, with an overnight stay in Nevinnomyssk, you don't feel tired from the trip at all, they offer a bunch of excursions (temples, jipping, ATVs, thermal springs, and many more), upon arrival they take you through the village of Dombay, show you where, advise rentals and instructors!
The third is, of course, the people and communication with the escorts, each trip had a lot of activities, starting with board games at the hotel and ending with a trip to bars with bowling / billiards😂👍🏻
At the beginning of the trip, various contests were announced (for the best photo and ID.), and at the end, prizes were awarded to the winners.
In general, many thanks to the Gelena tour team, next winter, I will definitely go with you again!

Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip to Dombay on 02.02.25. As they say, dreams have come true! There was a full escort on the trip. All the difficulties of the road were overcome without problems, all the issues were solved. The accommodation was organized very thoughtfully. Everything you needed was within walking distance. A very good argument to go there is the number of days you stay at the resort itself, which is 8 days. And not 4-5 days, as with other travel agencies. Pay attention to how many days of the tour the rest takes, and how much the road takes. It is in more days that you can do everything without running around and straining, which for me was the decisive factor in choosing a tour.
And of course, it's worth noting that this resort completely captivated me with its beauty and uniqueness! Having been there for the first time and started snowboarding and skiing a bit, I want to go back there again. Thank you very much to Natalia Kaktysh for the inexhaustible positivity and energy she gave us all. It's always a pleasure to deal with passionate people!
Definitely, this trip has fulfilled all my wildest expectations. Love is instilled in the mountains!

Thank you very much to "Gelena", now I go on vacation only with you! The trip to Italy in June 2024 was successful. There were mountains, the sea, shopping, and attractions - a total of 5 countries. I would like to mention the support from the first call to boarding the bus. So much for a professional guide (Valentina) I have not met - the organization of the group is just space. Rimini, however, was a little upset by the weather (it was a little cold for a couple of days). Compared to the last trip (from another company, I won't name it) This is heaven and earth. Thanks!

Many thanks to the travel center "Gelena" for organizing our vacation in June 2023.
A trip on a comfortable bus (MAN AI 5027 – 2) with a professional crew (drivers Denis and Andrey) made a long trip along the route Minsk – Nevinnomyssk – Tbilisi – Kobuleti – Minsk easy and safe. Special thanks to the driver Denis for his contact, responsiveness and understanding.
Separately, I would like to note the excellent and clear work of the head of the Golubovich group, Angelika Konstantinovna. A lot depended on her: sanitary stops every 4-4.5 hours, stops for meals for about an hour in good roadside cafes or canteens, quick check-in at a transit hotel, crossing the border without delay. She responded and properly responded to the requests and suggestions of tourists from the entire bus, in critical situations she made decisions together with the crew and the tour group.
Special thanks for the chosen location for living in Kobuleti – guest house "Estonia". We were received warmly and cordially, as long-time acquaintances or even relatives. The most delicious thanks to Nelly and all the kitchen staff. The food is varied, tasty, hearty, fresh, nationally spicy!
I say thank you to the whole team of "Gelena" for the opportunity not only to soak in sea salt and breathe mountain air, but also to explore the natural and man-made sights of this ancient country: Prometheus Cave, Martville Canyon, waterfalls, hot springs, arboretum, musical figures park, miniature park, beach with magnetic sands. The excursion program is wide, taking into account the individual interests of each tourist.

How to ruin your vacation for your own money or why you shouldn't go with tour operator Helena.
• Transportation/transportation
In the first bus, the air conditioner was malfunctioning. We were traveling in the refrigerator, it was chilly even with warm clothes and blankets. Some people got sick before arriving at the sea. Near the border, the bus stalled and we stood waiting for an hour, almost all men helped the drivers solve the problem.
On the way back, they gave another bus, it stalled in the steppe at +30, in the cabin near the engine it was more than + 40 degrees and again everyone helped to start this wreck. And the new drivers behaved in such a way that many ran to vomit.
• Unknown tour operator
While everyone was resting, it turned out that almost half of the bus did not even know which company they were traveling from. Many people booked places through agencies in other cities. Of course, no one understood how small the company was and what quality of services it had.
• Excursions
In a word, they were disgusting. We just ran through many places, they gave us 15-30 minutes for a photo and drove us into the bus.
Then Mamuka, the guide, joined us, who conducted an "excursion" in the evening Tbilisi. While he was on the bus with us to the hotel, we learned about his military past + about his strong dislike of Russians.
We were taken to the city center in a herd by metro, no, not centrally by bus, but by public transport, because it's cheaper. To get there, you need a card, you just can't buy a token, such a system. Of course, only the guide had a travel card and we were rigidly tied to it, because the payment machines are in Georgian and English.
In the city center, the political study continued in parallel with the frenzied running. They didn't tell us anything about the city, didn't give us time to take photos, just staged a marathon.
Did we get on the funicular? No!
Have we gone up to the fortress? No!
Did you get on the glass bridge? No!
Have you seen the night city with fountains? No!
Did they give us time to eat after the trip? No!
There were also shoals, but the amount of text, alas, is limited.
