After that, one of the employees appeared (let's call him the employee with glasses, because of the situation there was not even a desire to clarify his full name) and asked if he could help us with the choice. We pointed out the model we were interested in, to which we received the answer that there was no such model. Another employee (an employee without glasses) said that there is a better model. We started wondering what the offer was and how we could see and purchase it. We were told that we could pay and wait for delivery from the factory, but if we didn't pay for the goods, we might not see them because they would be bought. We said that we would like to see the purchased product before buying. It seems that after voicing the unwillingness to pay here and now, they have lost interest in us and are simply dissuading us from buying. An employee without glasses tried to offer something, but there is no desire to acquire and give a certain percentage to such employees. It seems that the employee with glasses is not interested in selling and is just serving his working hours there or waiting for the end of the working day. The situation took place on 25.01.2025 around 17:00.
The choice of plates is good, but only Hephaestus. The staff is stingy with comments, but if you specifically ask, they will help and prompt you.Parking is not very convenient, but the tram stop is literally opposite. Bottom line- if you specifically have a Hephaestus stove or a spare part for them, then yes, but it's easier over the Internet.
I was very surprised by the work schedule. In my opinion, customers go to stores of this kind after work or on weekends. It closes early and does not work at all on Sunday.

They call late in the evening, you say when it is more convenient, to which they are angrily indignant, saying we will bring you, and you will take time off from work for an hour (I work 60 km.from Minsk) I have 1 day off a week, it is logical that I want to know when they will arrive. I'll call you myself in a few days. They reply angrily, "Well, what... What do you want.. Don't make a fuss..." A little more and they would have talked to me like a kid in a doorway. Maybe it's Me who's so "lucky".But I would like the management to turn its attention to employees who hate their work. Thank you.

There is parking for customers, the staff is competent, polite and not intrusive, which is rare. The only thing is that not all product lines can be viewed live, which is a minus for the Hephaestus brand store. I recommend contacting anyone who needs their products.
