Sometime back in 2019, I bought an Emgrand x7 car. The sales manager "beat his chest" convincing himself that the car's body was galvanized. Now the car is almost 5 years old, and there are many pockets of rust on the body(. This indicates that the main thing for them is to sell the car by any means. When you arrive under warranty, you are no longer so nice.
On one, the rear bumper was scratched to me (they changed it at their own expense), but it was also not pleasant. After that, I stopped going to them for THAT. In general, the impressions are only negative.

I will add a review not about the dealer center, but about the ownership of the belgee x70. The fuel consumption claimed by the manufacturer is far from the truth. After running the car, even in eco mode, along the highway (speed 70- 90, the climate is turned off and without downtime on the engine running), the real consumption is 9.5 liters per 100 km, but at the same time the sideboard shows 7.0 (drove 435 km, and the car ate 41 liters in real life). There is another problem, the machine destroys flash drives with music (everything is normal at once, and after 2 hours or 2 days there is nothing on the flash drive. My car killed 2 new flash drives in 3 weeks). The mileage of the car is 1300km.

I came to order a car, the manager of "Artyom" (I do not advise contacting him) does not know what the car is processed with (I asked about anti-corrosion treatment of the body), does not know what and who glues the car with anti-gravel film (I work as a car paster with anti-gravel film and for me these moments were very important)!!! And when issuing a car, it was under-polished and poorly washed (there were traces of polish)! There were stains (from the removal of stains when painting a car) and halograms (the consequences of poor-quality polishing of the paintwork). The gaps were poorly exposed (in particular, the front right door) was difficult to close/It was opened, to which the answer was given, it will be developed normally (I worked in body repair- it will not be developed). It follows from this, if you want to take a car in this place, then you need to inspect it thoroughly because there is negligence in the preparation of cars and customer service (the manager constantly went somewhere and talked to other customers on the phone without answering my question)

I contacted this service center to link a new key purchased at the same center to the car, the car is an Emgrand S11 mechanic, the car has a Starline alarm system with autorun. After linking the new key, autorun stopped working (the key was deleted, which was stitched specifically for signaling and is physically permanently in the car).
