I was in a boarding house at the end of August 2022. Everything was expected, but something pleasantly surprised, for example, a stunning view of the sea, a comfortable mattress, good water pressure. Of the minuses: there is almost no Internet in the rooms on the second floor, even A-mobile does not catch. The food is not bad, but not chic, of course. In general, I am satisfied, I took for 2000 rubles per day with three meals a day through a well-known tour operator. That is, check-in only by the voucher of the tour operator.
As of 05.09.2023, there is a global renovation going on here, they promise a swimming pool

Отдыхал в июле 2022. Низкая цена. отличное расположение. прекрасное море. Рай для бюджетного туриста.
Старый ухоженный пансионат времён СССР. Добротное бюджетное питание. Главное что горячая и холодная вода есть всегда.
Помещение построено Так что с плиты ему даже не нужны.
