Terrible staff service, particularly for food orders. I ordered two burgers (a 23% discount on each), and they were served as two separate products. The most terrible service at the checkout of all the gas stations in this chain. The second time we come we want to buy a French XL hot dog, they always refuse. They do not say that you need to wait for some time until it is ready, maybe I will wait, you will specify at least. Just not right away and that's it, take something else. When you say yourself that we are ready to wait as long as necessary, in response, "you won't wait for a very long time" and it's all with a facial expression as if I'm asking her to do something supernatural and even for free. And that's it, she's not interested in what you want, she's decided she won't do it and she doesn't care. At other gas stations of the same network, they always immediately say that it is possible to purchase, but you need to wait 15-20 minutes and everything is always OK, no misunderstandings. After such an attitude and uncultured communication, I'd better stop by the nearby A-100 gas station and not spoil my mood and stop people from doing nothing. Gas station attendants are much more competent than cashiers.
