Great. A huge room, a room of about 30-35 meters. The bed is 2*2.2m. The sofa is more than 3 meters wide. Excellent plumbing. Quiet and peaceful. In the same building there is a shop with everything you need, a cafe, a bar. The price is very affordable.
I will only stay here.
P.S. this is a single room!

The location is like an industrial zone, if without a car it is not convenient from the word at all, far from the center. The room is dirty, the windows are the same... There is no air conditioning. A roll of toilet paper (sorry for the details) did not even bother to change from the previous guests.. The shower cabin is full of achtung, you climb like on a pedestal... The ladies at the reception are generally a separate story.... That at check-in, that at check-out with such a facial expression as if they owe something or owe something.. The only pleasant impression is from the bartender (thanks for the delicious coffee) and from the security...

Everything would be fine, but the service is simply missing. I ask you to clean the sink siphon, the locksmith does not work on weekends... how is that? There are no chairs in the rooms-it's bad. There are no hooks or shelves in the shower, where should I put the shampoo? One of the advantages is a large room, a comfortable extra place (sofa).

Great place! Good rooms with fresh repairs, plumbing in perfect condition (no streaks and lime plaque) The staff is sincere, the guard treated them to a chocolate bar, the administrator - tea. The room has a set of dishes and a kettle. There are no slippers with a bathrobe, but this was warned at the time of booking. A good hotel - I definitely recommend it!

The numbers do not match those stated on the website. The biggest surprise is that the blackboard section is there but there is no knife. The service is at zero. We lived for two weeks on the 5th floor. After 10 days, we were told that there was a microwave on the 3rd floor.
