I liked everything, the huge lobby. The hall is simply gorgeous, special thanks to the chefs, everything is very tasty. The service is a little young, but you can see that they are trying.

The rating is 2 stars. I would like to clarify the situation so that other Astana residents can be more selective when choosing the venue of their event. This Monday, March 20, 2023, at 12:00, we held an au (anniversary) in a large hall with 14 tables (approximately 170 people). One place is 3,000 and purchase independently by items (sweets, fruits, etc.). I would like to draw attention to the following points: 1. The meat was cooked poorly (too early), and a guy named Salih can hardly cook meat in Kazakh (remark). It was a fattened baytal (two-year-old), and there was black meat on the table, cold. 2. The Tuzdyk is completely without salt, the onion just spreads out on top. 3. The dough is rolled, but (!) frozen: it has stuck together, in addition, it is of different thickness and quality of kneading. It's just awful! 4. I haven't really tried salads, but all without salt; the portions are small. 5. The dishes are pretentious, but dirty. 6. ATTENTION! All the waiters are ill-mannered, in DIRTY shirts (perhaps this was the most critical: they do not know how to cut meat, although they try, they do not hide their fatigue, but in the end - they get money for it!). All the waiters should not just be dispersed, but, probably, to start driving! 7. Strangers walk around all the time (teenagers, laughing, giggling, peeping - is this a circus?) 7. I bought good napkins (Karina), but on one of the last tables they were replaced with a Dolphin (go to the supermarket and feel the difference not even in price, but in color and quality!!!) 8. The soap was put in the toilet in a dirty blue color, and even diluted with water! Perhaps that was especially embarrassing for me! I bought a higher quality one (check before you start in person if your mind is in the toilet) 8. I have not seen cleaners who would be sneaking around with a rag (however, already before the new ace or toy they start cleaning - a nightmare!) 9. A guy named Almas is hardly a genius of technology - he can't connect an MP4, but they regularly rent two screens. In general, the impression is the same: a pretentious, already slightly shabby hall with disgusting toilets and typically KAZAKH MANAGEMENT - weak, unprofessional. It's a shame, comrades! We held a corporate party for the New Year, the hall is excellent, large. I was pleased with the aperitif in the lobby. The kitchen is four out of five, the service is three, it seems that the waiters were not even instructed what to do. There were no individual napkins. The dishes are chipped in places.
On August 20 , dugalyk as was held for 40 days for 130 people . The hall is beautiful, but the service staff is just no. It feels like they don't exist at all. I had to pour the drinks myself and so on. Astau for beshbarmak are too small for 12 people. I do not recommend it for serious events.
At first glance, the restaurant is not bad, the waiters are students. Dishes and decoration for 4+. The hall itself is decorated beautifully and comfortably.
The toilets are small and uncomfortable! It is necessary to expand the premises. The chairs are not comfortable and it is difficult to sit for a long time. There is no ventilation, the air conditioners are not turned on, the mirrors on the ceiling under the chandeliers are dirty, it would be better to wash them. It would be good to adjust the audio equipment and acoustics. And so it's mostly good.
